I have been to this cafe five different times. Two of those times with my husband. The first time I bought hot chocolate and that was fine. The second time I got a cookie chiller which I loved. The third time also a cookie chiller, but then I got a turkey sandwich as well. The sandwich was flavorless and similar to a gas station sandwich meat in taste/texture. The next two times I went with my husband through the drive through and both times we waited 23/30 minutes for coffee. They were not busy (had two people on) and the hot coffee tasted terrible. We watched them through the window and they literally just moved slowly (they took their time). My coworkers sometimes buy baked goods from them and I have been disappointed with the lack of flavor. Id suggest the blended ice drinks. Im writting this review in hopes the owner will read this and add more flavor to their food items, check their staff times, and find out why the coffee tastes burnt (is it their machine or the ppl who make it). Only because we live down the road and Id love to comeback due to convenience, but I wont until there is a change.

so sad to get than less than average turkey/bacon wrap with iceberg lettuce, miracle whip salad dressing, a few chucks of turkey, 1 piece of bacon(nothing in that wrap said awesome), pesto pasta(with processed cheese slices), dried peach bunt (I didnt see the peaches anywhere and it was dry) cake, and coffee for lunch for $22.xx yup I could have went to Tony Romas instead and would have been treated way better. The young woman that waited on me was very nice, but the lady that made the food and was kinda in the back ground wasnt very pleasant.....I have not went to Crystal Coffee House in a long time, and note I wont go back. Too bad what a waste of money.....

Disappointing at best. The coffee is ok. The vibe of the place seemed ok. The problem I have is what I was charged. Their normal charge for a 20 oz. drip coffee is $2.00. I brought my own 24 oz. cup and got charged $3.50. Really?? You charged a $1.50 more for and extra 4 oz of coffee. Most coffee places offer a discount for bringing your own cup. Daily Buzz charges me a grand total of $1.00 for filling this same cup, and the coffee is better. Even Starbucks charges me a mere $2.50 for this same cup-full. Needless to say, this was my first and last time going to Crystal. Bummer.

Im not normally a complainer but this time theres no way to avoid it. First of its a coffee shop with gas station quality coffee. I asked for a dark roast and one cream made it look like tea with milk. I asked if they made a mistake and poured me wrong coffee they said no. I thought ok. Its afternoon and maybe its for the best to have lightest coffee with a good sandwich. Wrong again. How can you use precooked paper thin bacon on the sandwich? Im convinced for life not to go there again. Ive had way better experience at gas station. Be nice to yourself and get quality coffee and food!

I work in outside sales and am on the road a lot. I often find myself in unfamiliar cities in need of a quick breakfast and/or lunch to bring for client presentations. This place happened to be very conveniently located for me, and was EXTREMELY accommodating on a short notice. The food was fabulous, prices very reasonable, and very sweet customer service. I would use this place every day if I could.

Love this place! The ladies are super nice, very accommodating. We travel all over the US and come across different personalities, this ladies have it right! They make you feel like a local, they treat you as if you were part of them. If you want a great coffee and a breakfast equally good, try them out! Next time I am in the area, I will stop by!

Enjoyed a "Gracie" hot sandwich and the Taco soup. Both were delicious. Had the Passion Tea lemonade, which was the perfect sweetness. I visit many coffee houses and this was great in decoration but not quite a coffee shop feel. Prices are similar to that of Panera. Large menu. Great service.

Muffin was good, bagel was good. The dark roast coffee "cowboy" was terrible. Honestly, mcdonalds was a better choice. I will stop by again to try a different dark roast, but that was not a dark roast coffee. I gave a 3 because bagel and muffin were good...but not the coffee

Stopped off for a coffee and ended up having breakfast. Its a small cozy cafe near the airport, the staff are super friendly and the coffee is great and really hot! I had the made breakfast sandwich, it was amazing, definitely worth a stop off if youre in area.

Drove by Crystal Coffee Cafe completely by accident. I stopped for a coffee and found they were part of Restaurant Week. I bought my coffee and scone for immediate consumption and a $10 lunch to go. I was not disappointed and will definitely be back for more.

A friend had brought me here for lunch, and at first, I couldnt find anything on the menu that I thought I would like. I decided to get a BLT type sandwich and it was awesome! I will certainly head back there again!

Cozy with a little bling. Variety of hot and cold sandwiches & wraps. Yummy split pea soup. Hot baked good coming out of the oven as I was ordering. Friendly staff.
