Seriously...order a bagel and are told "our bagel cutter is broken so I cannot serve bagels"...when asked...do you not have a knife to cut them..."oh I didnt think of that...we can do that". What its wrong with this generation of non-thinkers...seriosly how much business was lost due to stupidity?

My experience sucked.Out of bread bowls.Out of pastry.Sat in line without being waited on .Soup was luke warm.Ordered a hot chocolate with marshmallows but they said they had one marshmallow . WTF give me one marshmallow then. Not!

I like their food and their atmosphere, but the Wi-Fi is ALWAYS bad. I try to come and get some work done and always have to leave. I may just have to start going somewhere else instead.

I just had theyre redition of chicken and bacon. With onion and a salad leaf, topped off with some salad dressing. Its not the best than again its not the worst. 50/50 and a Pepsi cola.

What can I say? Its a chain, but they make great pastries and the coffee is good. Lunch foods are decent, and there is always a vegetarian option for soup.

Tables are cleaned infrequently in the evenings with lots of food waste under them. Other than that, the place is well lit and standard Panera food.
