This is the slowest service i have ever experienced and this is nothing new, i have stopped here several times hoping it would get better. The management needs to go back to training so that they can demonstrate how customer service is supposed to be. I will never stop here again.

Every time I order my star rewards drink they charge me...horrible experience and multiple times I have had my shots dead in my drink! I dont want to have to pay for a drink that is $8 and have it taste like garbage! Not satisfied with this location what so ever!

For a year now customer service has diminished substantially. If you are not a regular patron of this location, then by all means stop. But if you live near by and need your coffee, I suggest making the short drive to Lake Geneva!

Great from autumn through March as the tourists dwindle down. Snow will bring in packs of tourists but nothing the capable staff cant handle. Spacious with excellent outdoor seating and views

Drive thru was a joke! 6 cars 15 minutes later got order wrong had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes and not sorry for error or getting order wrong. Disappointed to say the least.
