I went in for repairs on an apparently very unique Gary Fisher Mountain Bike, which before I had no knowledge of, and they gave me a quick estimate on repair costs based on what I needed now. I said I needed to replace a wheel and a tire. He said, well, thats about $250-300 price range. And thats not including all of the other work that could be done to fully restore this bike. He asked me what I needed now to make it road worthy, and did not insist on only doing repairs for everything he knew was wrong. he was very knowledgeable. So, he gave me the choice to total my bike and purchase a new one. He gave me reasonable options. I decided to purchase a new bike, and repair the old one as a family heirloom of some sort later. He recommended I do it myself. I fancy self repairs as well. He showed my around the bike shop with his recommendations to fit my needs as a primary transport commuter. I found the right bike, he even found the right fit for me as well. He encouraged that I try it out first as well. I did. I was satisfied with the fit of the bike. I then asked him about potential accessories I would need. He told me everything I wanted to know and gave me quality vs. price options, and even stats on the accessories as well. He always gave me options. He installed them on the spot at no extra charge, and gave me a 10% discount on everything! While he was installing the rack, we had a pleasant conversation about wrestling. The technicians definitely have charisma. This is my new bike shop.

My partner and I stopped by earlier this week interested in purchasing new bikes for commuting/recreation. Will was friendly, asked the right questions, and knew what bike was perfect for both of us. We didnt have time to test ride that day, but he assured us that he would be there later in the week for us to drop by again - no pressure. We came by again, decided on our bikes, and he even installed the lights and bottle cage for me. Since the bike I chose was a unisex model, he gave me a womens seat for no charge - he just swapped it out. Today, I went in again because my rear light wasnt functioning properly and another gentleman just gave me a new light - no questions asked. I didnt expect such great customer service but I will continue to recommend this bike shop to anyone instead of a department store for both bikes and accessories. Id rather pay extra to have great people taking care of me. If you treat these people kindly, they will treat you kindly.

I spent about 5 to 6 hours with Will. I tried 3 or 4 bicycles out before making up my mind. I wanted an upgrade from my comfort bike to something that would allow me to handle some steeper inclines too. On every test ride he made sure the frame was the right size, the seat was he is the right height, and the bike had the be necessary features that I was looking for. I looked around on Craigs List and other stores first, but I couldnt beat the price and service. What do I mean? 1. One year free bike service and adjustments. 2. No sales tax. Even though they have already discounted the bike! 3. Accessories purchased at the same time are sales tax free too. 4. Free installation of accessories purchased with bike! 5. Free tune-ups and adjustments for a year. This is just for starters. How many bike dealers do you think would spend 5 to 6 hours with you to make sure you get the right bike?

Bought a couple bikes here. The staff I worked with on the floor were good to work with. The owner, however, was not. I bought a new higher quality seat. They keep your old seat. Why dont they give it to you? You PAID for both of them. Heres the bet part; after about three months of riding around the roads of the couve, I m enjoying a ride, and my seat simply SHEERS OFF. I go ass over teakettle and the seat catapults, lost forever in the berry bushes. I still have the sheered lost as evudence, so no worries. They dont replace the seat though. No, no. They put the old seat back on. I asked about this, but his reply was simply "this is the only seat youre getting". Seriously? You mean the seat I bought that you kept? Dont go here. Over priced shoddy equipment and an owner who doesnt care.

I just moved to town and thought I would give them a try because they seemed to have a clean complete show room with quite a few technicians. They verbally told me the bike would be ready in 2-3 days. When I called in to check the status after 2 days they said it wouldnt be possibly ready for 2 weeks. I tried to find out what had changed since the verbal estimate and he said that the "paper" said they would call when it was done and made no promises of completion date. I kept asking why things had changed and he suggested that I take my business someplace else. I have several bikes including road and mountain and in the past year spent over $5000 on bikes and parts. I want to be treated fairly and was really disapointed in this shop. I discourage people from using them.

Ive had a few repairs done here only because of their location. The last two times Ive been quoted one price and ended up having to pay another because it took longer than they expected. The repair was a simple one of replacing a headset, something I could have done myself in about 15 minutes if I had the tools. It ended up costing me $55 after being quoted $30. Not a huge deal, but they also dinged up my bike pretty badly and insisted that it was like that... It really seems to have gone downhill lately and Id recommend shopping for a new bike shop if it is possible.

Well, I went to this bike shop to get a really nice (yes, expensive) bike for my child. They had what I was looking for in stock and over the phone the staff suggested I bring my child by the store to have her fitted on the bike. The day I took her in to try the bike, it was raining outside. The staff refused to let us take the bike outside (understandable), then also refused to let my child ride the bike in the store to see how it felt. Told us to come back on a sunny day when she could try it outside. Yup, that right there ruined my experience with this place.

I have bought 3 bikes from them and had my bike service done there and bought parts from them I have never had no issues at all. They always hook me up and tell me whats best for my bikes, MIKE the Subaru guy is who u wanna speak to hes the best and very fast and smart on what hes doing the old guys there are kinda cranky old farts but the young guys are the smart ones and kind. I had my bike stolen with in one year I bought it, came back there and they still had all my paper work and info I needed to show the police. Very nice shop and cheap
