I tried Oreillys and AutoZone when my starter and alternator needed repair, but when I looked at each part from each store, I had to turn them down due to quality. You dont need to be an expert to see the difference between the part you took off your car and the one youre replacing it with. Ill admit the only reason I went was due to marketing. I heard their radio ads all the time and when I searched for the parts on my phone those chain stores pop-up with discounts in hand. They have friendly staff, in my experience, and they are eager to help. I think theyre great stores for cheaper parts and generic car products. Thankfully, NAPA came to the rescue. Their parts are superior! You can see it the minute you open the box. For me, thats piece of mind you need for the hours you spend fixing your own vehicle. I found out AAA members get 10% off all their purchases and I think that is an incredible discount. I agree the store is used by professionals and car enthusiasts alike, which is self evident as soon as you walk in, but dont be defensive about it. Ive had success every time and I will continue to shop at this store for all of my auto care needs.

I have been buying parts to service my customers vehicles, and my own personal vehicles from this Napa location for close to 15 years. The service is first class, and I thoroughly enjoy talking to the people that work there. It is nice to go in, and see the same faces for years. Only a very few times have I ever had a return, and in those cases never had a problem one. Also, the quality of the parts is unbeatable. Do yourself a favor and go to this location, and talk to people that actually know about cars!

I guess NAPA stores are geared toward sales to auto repair shops. This store has two doors, one for retail and one for sales to shops. The counter crew on the retail side varies in attitude. I got a guy who didnt talk much. I asked him for a Permatex product. He showed me a shelf with a somewhat similar product and said that was all they had. I walked around and found the Permatex item I was looking for on another shelf. Your mileage may vary!

NAPA is the only auto parts store Ive seen that will take the time to cross an unknown part against their catalogs using nothing but the sample you bring them. Thanks, Chad. Disclosure: I worked at the NAPA in downtown Orlando, FL, in 2006-2007. I am no longer affiliated with the company or with any of its employees, and I paid the full retail price during my recent shopping experience in September 2016.

Apparently this is a FRANCHISE store and not a CORPORATE store. They werent able to accept a return purchased at the Andersen store due to the Andresen store being a Corporate store. No markings on the store even notify you of this, very deceiving. If you must shop aat NAPA go to the Andersen store only but if you can help it go elsewhere completely!

This store would not accept a return because it was purchased at a different Napa. It was an unused, Napa brand product, that was purchased two days earlier, and I had the receipt. I will no longer be shopping at Napa.

Maybe not the best price, but close enough for my purposes. Their staff always seems to be knowledgeable and able to look up very weird parts for me. This is my primary place to go for tractor/car/RV parts.

I was being helped like normal then they stop to answer phones so 10 min later i get help again. Then another phone call ... not to be on hold but to wait like a punk peasant...

Everone at the counter smells like an old ashtray, seriously. The store stinks like fresh cig smoke often, so i think they smoking in there. Great selection on parts though.
