I have only had 1 experience here and it was over the phone. I needed to price an engine and some parts to restore an older vehicle. When the guy realized it wasnt going to be an easy find. He took my number and explained it will be awhile. He called me back by the end of the day with my list intact. I really felt like he put my list of items to the top of his list. It was a refreshing display of dedication.

I took a battery to this store to be charged and checked for a disabled widow. The clerk said I could come back in an hour. I came back 3 hours later and was told the battery was bad. I charged the battery at home and took it to another parts store and was told it was good. That other store now has my business.

Nearly every time I walk in the door if they arent all helping other customers, there is somebody that will help me find exactly what I need. I dont have to read through the confusing manuals, they just look it up for me.

One of the closest auto parts stores to my house. I have absolutely never had any type of issue there. Very quick service, always very friendly and very eager to help when you walk in the door.
