This has been my Auto parts store for years until today. I recently purchased a auto cleaning product that was not what I was wanting so went in to return today. I stepped up to the cashier area and was approached by a man who had broken English and had to ask him to repeat. What he was telling me was that I had to go stand in line behind six or seven people waiting to get to the parts counter before I could make a $6.99 return/exchange for product sitting on cashier counter. Too bad for Auto Zone. Are you letting employees make policy at will? If anyone walks in and wants car wash they cant get it off the shelf and go to cashier?

AutoZones a good place but not around Oregon no auto place is good in Oregon if you want good parts and you want the right parts go to East Texas bill will get you the right part at AutoZone Carquest OReilly you name it they will have it Ive never in my life ever seen a place that does not carry parts for a vehicle for a name brand Chevy easy to get parts for but here in Oregon is ridiculous its like they got their heads up their ass
