Service is usually sub Par Compared to Shucks down the road. I needed a coil pack and Plugs/wires for my Kia so went to them first. After getting a price on the coil pack I asked if they could give me the number to Shucks so I could call them and compare there price. I was going to buy the Plugs/wires from Parts Plus and decide on the coil packs after I got a price / time it would take to get it from there wharehouse. He would not get me the number just gave me a phone book to look it up Myself and said he didnt know of any other Parts Stores. I walked out in disgust without buying anything and have not been back since. I know the stores are in competition but what ever happened to customer service? What they fail to realize is that not only would I have bought the Plugs and wires from them but most likely the coil packs to if they were within $5 of each other. Plus I would have continued to come there when the need arrises since they are closer to me than Shucks.

Worst customer service ever! Arrogantly ignorant about the calipers they sold me which were a mixed matched set from their remanufacturer. Then they told me that nobody in town would have anything different! 1st stop, OReillys on Pacific. Walked out with a matched set that they had in stock!! NEVER GOING BACK to Parts Plus.

Warehouse pricing = false advertising. Prices here are the same as any other autoparts store and the extremely poor customer service makes this place more stressful than its worth. There are plenty of other stores in the area, save yourself the trouble.

Great service, I have been shopping here for many years. Andy and the rest of the staff always seem to go above and beyond to help me. Their hours could be better, sometimes I find myself having to shop else where out of convenience.
