Giftcard redemption issues at this store and had to call Columbia HQ in Portland inattempt to fix. After much roundabouts and no help from the local or HQ, looking at filing small claims lawsuit. Avoid this store especially with giftcard as they dont know how to redeem and no way to fix errors. No way of getting ahold of the store manager as she is always busy assisting other customers. Willing to take your money but not customer service.

Columia Sportswear is a great company with good and tested products. They always strive to let people know they have reliable products which they do. But some of their products arent as sleek as youd hope.
