Bought a pair of shoes a couple of years ago and like most people I only wear a pair of shoes about once a month. These shoes are like new and they ripped on the top. I tried to send them back which I have never done before just on principle and they denied the claim because they are 2.1 years old. Dumb... You can see they have barely been worn. Stand behind your product. Especially when a customer has bought hundreds and hundreds of your products.

I was highly disappointed with the service that I received by the staff of the Nike store. I was patiently waiting to get a fitting room and once I saw a staff, I asked them for a room. The staff member ignored me and walked to help someone else. Thinking he would come back, I waited a little while longer but I was never helped. Customer care clearly is not a priority to the staff.

Store is ok in terms of variety. However when a lady friend was in the changing room, the door was opened within 2 mins while changing by a worker knowing very well that she was in there. He laughed about it later and wasnt the least bit apologetic. Reflects very badly on Nike customer experience.

Nowhere does it say the store will be closed on Easter. It is totally disrespectful for a store to not have on their door or on their answering machine that they will be closed. I waited gas for mo reason!

way to busy and thats good for them. took daughter there and it just was a chaotic mess. where do u pay and guys who take your payment in the middle of the store. i think I can sell shoes there

Needs be more clear about prices, I spent $25 more than I was expecting because the display had a different price. Other than that this store is good, helpful employees, and nice products.
