I went into the store for my second time in year, the first time was to buy a gift certificate, this time it was to buy long workout pants because it is really cold. I was completely impressed with the quality of the clothes and the helpful staff. The person helping me explained the differences between the pants and what type of workouts fit best with each type. She was very patient and knowledgeable. The individual at the dressing room was very helpful in making sure that I had the correct sizes and colors. At checkout I engaged the cashiers about Chip (the CEO) and again experienced very honest and understanding communication of his - depending on your view - insensitive comments. The store was packed and I still had an extremely positive experience.

I am so obsessed with this store that I just had to get a part time job here because I loved it so much. I really enjoy the free Run Club each Tuesday night, and that they offer free yoga. The employees are super friendly and told me about tons of awesome community events. The employees helped me know which clothes would be best for the ways I like to workout, and I LOVE everything I have ever purchased from this store. I always feel inspired to work out more, get stronger, and reach for my goals when I am in this store, and with the people from lululemon.

I agree that lululemon clothes are well made (if not over priced), but I also agree that the employees make u feel lucky to be there and not a part of their elite society (of what?). I want to encourage my 13 year old daughter to spend her money (and mine) where she is appreciated. A company for women (primarily) should do a better job of treating others with respect, currently any protocol is disgraceful!
