I love this store. I have been coming here for about a year with my girlfriend and have grown to know some of the sales staff by first name. They are all pretty amazing women. They each represent a different body type and can give you excellent advice on how a particular garment or material has fit or worked for them personally. I love knowing first hand how something may or may not have worked for someone else. They arent all fitness experts or personal trainers as some reviews seem to think that they should be in order to sell them workout and yoga clothing properly, they are women and men who are passionate about a healthy lifestyle and represent a variety of body types jin line with most of the customers who shop at this location . I have received excellent customer service each time I have been to this location. Get to know them and youll see that they are a fantastic team.

At the beginning I thought the items were overpriced. But what I love from this place is that the pants that I find here do not require alterations. For men, they have a few models, the cool thing is that for some models, they have two sub-sizes (e.g. small normal and small large). So the size small normal is perfect for me. Last time, I bought two pants there, by mistake I picked up one small normal and one small large. When I returned the small large, the staff was very helpful, they place accepted the return and placed an online order immediately. In the end, I think it is cheaper for me to buy here than in other sport stores.

Very Poor customer service. Called to check stock on a jacket. The customer service person gave me the run around. Told me they dont have the size or the color. I asked more questions and found out she didnt even check. No wonder Ive been buying all my workout gear at Lorna Jane. The quality and designs of Lorna Jane is top quality and much more flattering. Not to mention Lorna Jane store at Valley Fair always provide me with an excellent customer service. I thought I give Lululemon another try, but my mistake.

Lululemon isnt for the "average" customer. Their label is overpriced, but awesome quality and very much so a "brand name." However, if youre looking for some long-lasting purchases--go here. I got my Manduka yoga mat (lifetime warranty), and even amongst the hustle and bustle of customers, at least three sales associates asked me if I needed help. Great smiling staff, and high quality brands for an expensive price.

Exceptional customer service. Really took the time to figure out what I was looking for and why. Got personal recommendations from multiple staff and ended up buying a few of the suggested pieces - they were much better for my needs than what I had picked out. It really felt as if I had my own personal shoppers. Dont be afraid to ask questions or get help - they know what theyre talking about.

A bunch of SNOBS work here and they have no reason to be! A bunch ouf out of shape employees wearing workout clothes = does not make you fit. No customer service what so ever. they say they are TOO BUSY helping customers to answer the phone...joke. Buy online and save the BS or go to Los Gatos Palo Alto.

The current (6/15/16) location on the map is wrong. Its across the street from Cocola bakery, its not next to Sephora. Ultimately their mens pants didnt fit me well, (they only have even sizes) but the staff was friendly and cheerful.

I can definitely say I will never shop this store again. Wanted to do an exchange of a jacket and they made me feel so uncomfortable. The staff was rude and not helpful. Will only use online now.

My daughter had to return a top she had received as a gift and select another. The sales staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We will not be returning to this store.
