I just want to say whatever changes are being made to the pharmacy are horrible. This is been going on a long time though so Im not sure if its the changes or the store. The Tacoma Washington store on 56th Street is the worst. Im trying not to be the person who just complains and says rude things but every single time I go in there or my wife does we get the worst service. And it seems like we can never get a prescription filled. without waiting several days. Im sorry I really like the store but the pharmacy needs to be fixed. The more Im asking around the more Im getting the same reaction. They need a lesson in customer service. Theyre rude and inconsiderate.

No one ever seems to use this Pharmacy, I get my prescription sent here every now and then and it only takes me a few minutes. Theyve had the same pharmacist on site for at least 10 years.
