One word. Pathetic. My employer forces me to use this pharmacy because its the only store our horrible insurance accepts, and it is like taking a step back in time, and not in a good way. They either dont have the medication in stock or make you wait a minimum of 30 minutes if you are the only person in the store, or much longer if there is someone in front of you. I routinely miss medication because I have to wait to get them filled, and run out in the meantime, and no, you cant get them early, because rules! The checkout system they use is also pathetic. You have to give them your drivers license, which is okay. But you have to give it to them when they ring up your medication, then again when they swipe your card, and you are buying controlled medication, you have to hand it over for each prescription. Ive never done this at any other pharmacy. This happens repeatedly. Also, there is literally nothing but a prescription filling service here. Nothing else at all. They are only open 8a to 6p Mon-Fri, which is very inconvenient for people who work for a living. The pharmacist at the most recent visit agreed with me they are not up to par, and even said she has kids and has to put up with the bankers hours and being closed on weekends. When you are looking a pharmacist in the eye, and she tells you that her children wait on medication if they get sick on the weekend, it tells about all you need to know about the company. Back to that word. Pathetic. If you are like me, and this is the only place you can go, complain. Let them know how awful they are. If you can go anywhere else, and I mean ANYWHERE, go there. Dont ever come inside this place. Even the pharmacist who works there has to wait days for her medicine. How do you suppose they will serve you?

The only thing worse that their in-person pharmacy is their mail order service, which I am required to use because of my health care insurance. In the past five years, I cant think of a single occasion where they have not screwed something up. They never have my meds in stock because they are a "specialty" pharmacy; they will tell you that if you call ahead they will order, but they will not. I have been on the phone now for 20 minutes and they still cannot tell me whether or not they filled a prescription that I dropped off three days ago. And now they have transferred me to the corporate help desk... as if some dude in Texas can check the bin in Seattle to see if my script is ready. I have often been without meds for several weeks while they fix their mistakes, which means going back to my doctor and getting a 2 week supply, which I pay for myself, because they will only pay for 90 days, yet... well, you get the idea - you are screwed no matter what. The house always wins. Well, thank goodness the corporate shareholders are getting a hefty dividend for all these "savings". Because, isnt that really what matters when it comes to health care?

I called the pharmacy to ask if they could order a specific medication for me. The pharmacist told me she "couldnt" make a phone call to find this out - that I would have to drive all the way out there (from Ballard) with the prescription in hand. Un-freakin-believable! I second the other reviewers opinion - this place is pathetic. They could have gained a customer with a half-dozen prescriptions; one who would make purchases while waiting for prescriptions to be filled, like most people do. She could not be bothered to make a two minute phone call. Wish I could give negative stars.

I dropped off a script on Wednesday morning and she said they would call me when my prescription was ready. I called Friday afternoon to see when it would be ready. She said it had been ready since Thursday morning. She also failed to mention that they close at 6pm. And they are not open on weekends. Which I only found out by showing up at 630 on Friday. Of Memorial Day weekend. So now even though I dropped off the script on Wednesday and it was ready Thursday, I wont get my meds until Tuesday. Awful customer service. Even worse because it affects peoples health.

Terrible pharmacy, if you have the option you should fill your prescription elsewhere. They placed my prescriptions on "hold" without notifying me that they couldnt fill them. I waited for them to contact me and never heard anything back. I had to call them just to find out they were out of stock and had to request that they order the prescription. They were unhelpful and seemed bothered by my request that they call when the prescription is ready for pick up. NOT the service I expect from CVS

CVS bought out Seattle Meds Specialty Rx (around June 2017), and so far, they have done a terrible job. Last month my mail order meds were 8 days late...unacceptable. Some of it was due to a doctor not being prompt in calling in refills, but the rest was poor execution on the part of CVS. I will be moving my script somewhere else if this continues!

I had Hep C, and my Dr. D.Heap in Olympia WA perscribed Harvoin for 12 weeks. Kori was my tech, and she was AWESOME. I always had my med on time and she was so very pleasant. 5 stars on her and that pharmacy. I am now awaiting my blood test to see if I am Helping C free. thank You for your services.

This is not open 24 hours. I had an issue at 1:30 am and so I came here, to find it closed.
