Rude. Nowhere to sit. So it forces you to basically shop. Wonder why. The heavy set islander lady has no patience and frankly is an absolute b word. The tiny asain girl is short and rude. The india woman is ok. Maybe if the had more room and staff they could feel less stressed. I recently had a problem twice when i specifically asked the date to fill and i came in and they said a technician told you that. Did you ask for a pharmacist? About fill date. So both times i took the days off they wouldnt fill. I only switched here for price. They are so affraid of being audited since they say that every other word. They dont realize i need my medication not want it. They say the time starts the day after you pick it up. So im losing a day. In tern i lose a day when filling. So i get nothing for the day. I dont see if a doctor perscribed you a medication that you cant start it for 24 hrs? You guys dont undrerstand where we get burnt. Figure it out. We are treated as first time people everytime we come in. If the dea has you so scared tell us before so we can go somewhere else. I wish i could sue the pants off of everything they have done wrong. And they interpret in their own way. The fred meyer and almost all pharmacist and all technicians are so quick you cant do anything right. They snap and yell and dont tell you if your meds are ready. The phone rings a million times and they dont pick it up. You walk in and there is 5 stall looking stations and before you can figure out the maze to find appropriate area to be in the yell at you. Especially the big islander lady she wont look at you and shes not friendly one bit. Its all good the want to treat someone who is almost 5 years sober and get only one sobriety medication and the treat me like an actual user. Is sounds funny to say on here but it hurts to have come so far and them seeing you as a reject still. And wont listen to you.

Came in 4.5 hours after Rx was sent in by my doctors office and was told that mine was not yet filled because they are too busy!! Price on this basic antibiotic was also nearly triple of what I paid at Bartels. Take your business elsewhere!!

There sometimes crazy people are there it is dirty costumer service is horrible sometime they just sit eat and watch the people but i can at least finish my landry the coffee is horrible too in well

Contrary to the other experiences posted, I love the people there. They know who I am are always friendly and helpful, and do what they can to get my prescriptions filled for me.
