We have been shopping at the Rite Aid since 2001. We also have our prescriptions filled at the pharmacy. You cant ask for a better place to visit. All of the employees are friendly and they will get to know you better each time you shop there. Our two dogs are also greeted as part of our family. The pharmacy and staff work well with each other, they ensuring that your medications are filled and ready when you arrive. I dont understand the negative comments about the staff. I guarantee the rudeness is that person making the comments. Have you wondered why people are rude to you? Its you, the majority of the time. Get a life and quit making people upset because of your inadequacy. Dave

I agree with Joanne, below. They are rude, slow and incompetent. They do not seem to value their customers time. They do not seem to be interested in listening to their customers. They do not seem to do what I would consider the minimum effort for a pharmacist. I have considered dropping them many times in the year that I have used them since switching from another Rite Aid across town. Today I will drop them.

I give them a 4 rating because this store is located directly accross the street from a major transit center. The staff has to deal with some of the worste of the worste in shoplifting, mental health issues, major medical issues. I dont discredit the staff. They are probably doing the best they can. And it can harden some people. So I would not bring a bad attitude into the store with me.
