I was very disappointed with my experience at this bridal shop. Do not waste your time here! I had talked to them at an expo, and they seemed friendly then. When I arrived, the ladies at the front desk were cold, and almost ignored us. I checked in for my appointment, told them when and where I was getting married. They told me to go to the back wall of the shop because that is where the dresses for my type of wedding are. I never told them I wanted that type of dress or told them what I wanted. I picked out a few dresses, not really liking anything I saw. I went back to the front to ask for help, and they said I had to look on my own. Finally I said I wanted to start trying things on. They have me this horrible slip that was worn and dirty. The girl who helped me made me uncomfortable. She kept trying to bring dresses back to me without asking, budget, color, type, style or anything about what I wanted. I was so frustrated that I cut my appointment short and left. Please save your self the trouble and do not go here.

Many of the dresses I tried on had torn corset loops which made the dresses not sit right. This was the biggest reason I wasnt confident buying a dress I liked there. I cut my appointment short and left. The other issue I had at the salon is that you have to order your veil 6-8 weeks out. I of course waited too long so they rushed to get it for me. When it came in, it was the wrong color. They contacted the maker and he said he didnt carry that thread anymore but would fix it. I got a call 2 days before my wedding that the veil was there with no time to pick it up. I ended up spending almost double on a veil off the wall at a closer shop the night before my wedding, and am out the money I spent on the other veil.

I absolutely adore this place! I was really nervous going after so many failed attempts from other bridal salons. All the dress that I tried on prior to going here were frumpy, boxy and gave me no shape what so ever! I felt like I was never going to find a wedding dress. When I stepped into this salon, I was impressed that they had a lot of choices for plus size women! I was so happy, also they were all gorgeous, no frumpy-fat girl-ugly dresses in site, (btw, im a size 22) The ladies there are amazing! I love Janessa! She was very understanding, definitely knows her fashion! If your in need of a very beautiful wedding gown and your bigger than a size 14, I would soo go there in a heart beat!

My daughter, her bridal party and I came to New Beginnings for our first stop on our bridal gown search. Since my daughter wasnt sure what she wanted, and she had never tried on gowns before, we were unsure of what to expect. The staff at New Beginnings was gracious, patient and knowledgeable. After asking what the bride had in mind, the sales associate brought out one gown of every basic style so she could see what style would work for her. We saw many beautiful gowns and were able to narrow our search to the style that suited the bride. It was a delightful experience and we were very impressed with the service and atmosphere at New Beginnings Bridal Studio.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!!! Its so gorgeous and elegant! Daron the owner was AWESOME! She was such a pleasure to work with! She made my experience so much fun and enjoyable! Which was great because a week ago I went to Davids Bridal and I must say I was scared, I hated the experience, they tried pushing to sell the dress but I felt uncomfortable and so uneasy with the whole experience that I left. It made me scared to come back. Im so glad to have found this place it was my first stop and Im glad I did because I found the dress!!!! Thank you Daron for your help!!! Come here first for all your weeding dress needs!

Me and my girlfriend are getting married within the coming year and she needed to get sized for her dress, we decided to try here to start looking for dresses due to it being close to where we live. My girlfriend called ahead to verify that they could do sizing for her dress and that someone would be available on Sunday they said "Yes" and confirmed they do sizing. Upon arrival today we asked to be sized for her dress and we were told No, sent away and that they would not do her sizing. Very disappointed and will not return, they lost my business, and showed a lack of professionalism and customer service.

I can honestly say this is the most honest bridal salon I have ever been too! All the girls there are super helpful and patient and listen to what you are looking for. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a bridal gown. I cant thank them enough for helping me with a sticky, disturbing situation I got into with the Wedding Bell (DO NOT GO THERE) New Beginnings was amazing!! Thank you!!
