Called the store to ask if they have shellac nail polish. Lady said they did and named off all the brands. I told her I am on my way and she said "okay bye". So I drove across town in the snow and when I got into the store the woman refused to sell to me because I didnt have a cosmo license. REALLY? YOU COULDNT HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I CALLED.
