The sales associate was helpful. She helped me when I asked. She wasnt pushy. I noticed her helping another couple find what they were looking for and offering suggestions. I was happy for the discount I received that came in my email. Also received another discount because I renewed my $5 membership. Plus I have a 60 day return policy.

Wasnt acknowledged when I walked in and no one else was there. Bought a product that did absolutely nothing to my hair was toldnlnit was a toner and i have very blonde hair. Ill continue to go back for the convenient location but Ill it expect a friendly hello.
