I love Sally, but I consistently must be the one to tell the sales staff/cashiers about sales or discounts, and 95% of the time I am met with an argument or they tell me "no that is not on sale" then I show them the app or coupon, and still treated like I asked them to pay for my purchase. Its annoying and embarrassing. I love the products but all of the Sally stores, the sales staff need some brushing up on customer service skills. Its not my job to know your job.
