Overcharged and unimpressed with the service. I came here with a friend of mine (who lives in St. Helena) for a hair blowout. We were confused because I was charged $55 for a blowout and she was charged $65 and her hair is probably 4 inches longer than mine. (we didnt pay out together so didnt realize until after we left). I thought it was overpriced but chalked it up to a tourist town. My friend called a couple of weeks later to inquire again about their pricing and was told $45 regardless of the hair length! We were ripped off, not to mention there was nothing special about our blowouts at all. In general, their products are overpriced and the atmosphere is congested and mediocre.

Severely disappointed in my gel manicure by Michl. My appointment was at 1pm today and my left thumb and pinky are ALREADY starting to lift and peel. In addition there was polish on my fingers that didnt get cleaned up. Extremely dissatisfied. Complete waste of money. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE YOU FROM GOING HERE

Danielle is an outstanding hair stylist! They are very accommodating with their schedules and do a great job. We spend two months every year in St Helena. Finding a great hair stylist for my wife and I is always a plus. Call her!
