I was experiencing difficulty placing a special order from the location nearest my home, so I called the Southcenter store for help. The manager, Anna, was determined to do everything possible to solve my problem. She went above and beyond my hopes and expectations! She researched with her Regional office the best way for my order to be handled, while alerting them to my local stores problems so that they could provide assistance. Then she worked with my local store to make sure my order received proper attention. She called me repeatedly to let me know what was happening, and when. Needless to say, I was very grateful for all of her efforts. I highly recommend Helzberg in general for all of ones jewelry needs, and the Southcenter store in particular for exceptional service. I also believe that my local store would have served me just as well, had they not been experiencing their temporary staffing problems. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. It, too, exceeds my expectations. Thank you, Southcenter Helzberg store! You have made a lifelong loyal customer!

Do NOT buy from here. Lost my wifes journey diamond necklace that we purchased years ago when we were broke. I bought their damned "Full-Care" package. When we brought it in to repair, they no longer had the necklace chain so they had to send the chain in and get a new one; they were going to hold the necklace for the time being. It took them a year (and wed stop in every time we went to the mall) to finally tell us that they lost it. After all the yanking us around and crap, they finally admitted theyd misplaced it, so choose another one at "equal or lesser value." What is this, a grocery store? A jewelry store that emphasizes sentimental value, and youre going to basically give me a pizza coupon and tell me "Sorry, bro!" Even a cell-phone company would have offered free minutes or something for making such a huge mistake. Will never do business with them again.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!! The Ladies that are in this store greet me with open arms they know me and my fiances names there customer service is amazing you feel like family when you walk in there their product knowledge is top notch and they gave me the same exact custom setup for my fiance and a better diamond for 500 less than Zales i bought a citizen watch and warranty from them and a few weeks later my fiances dog got excited to see me and scratched the face pretty bad and i walked in and they ordered a new watch on the spot and it was there in 3 days no charge this is a great place to buy GO SEE KAREN!

Asked to have our repair shipped back to our house so we didnt have to drive 2 hours back to pick it up.. They did not ship it and called to tell us to pick it up. Ive called multiple times to return their call and have it shipped and they will not answer the phone in the store. It went on ringing for minutes without answer. Ive done this multiple times.. Unfortunately the customer service has always been unfriendly and because this is the store that is closest now that Bellevue is closed we must use. The Tacoma Mall store is definitely the recommendation if you choose Helzberg..

0 stars if I could. Bought a bracelet and needed 2 links off of it. After waiting 20 minutes I got told that it couldnt be put back together..that it would now have to be sent to the jeweler. It has now been a week and still no bracelet...I called and was told that I wouldnt have it for another 4 days..again I remind you. This is just to have 2 links taken out of a bracelet. I told the lady I was talking to that I was just going to come back and have it returned..she then said ok and hung up on me. Beware

The worst place to buy a diamond. The manager Marsha Castaline has a big mouth, interupts you while making a sale, will tell you that Helzberg Diamonds does not have discounts because they are part of the American Gem Society, BUT ask about the Customer Apperciation Certificates to get a 10% discount, if they do not offer you one it is because she does not like you or your look. Go some place else their mark up is extremely high I believe it is around 60%

Excellent customer service. I want to thank Ghada and Karen for making the ring search so easy. Specially Ghada since helped us choose when we didnt had an idea of what style would match our personality. We were having a hard time since other jewelries were just trying to make us buy any ring without any meaning. We are happy with our purchase. THANKS
