Received terrible service from the white middle aged male manager w/the arm tattoos! He was sullen, seemed to be inconvenienced by me being in the store, wanted to argue and disregarded the 12 YEARS of Harbor Freight Tools inability to send me an ad in the mail!! Regardless of trying to purchase $60 + worth of items! Will not be back to the store while this manager is on duty! I explained to him that over the last 12 years I have made multiple attempts to get on their mailing list so I can get the 20% off and free item coupons. He seemed to understand the English I was speaking, but then when it came to my purchase he said that there were no 20% off coupons in the store that I could use! Anybody that knows Harbor Freight Tools knows that these coupons are like toilet paper! So I explained to him that even though he just told me that theres nothing he can do about this, that other managers HAVE done something about it strangely... He still had no intent of doing anything about the issue, still seemed irritated not only by the fact that my being inconvenienced was being questioned, but by the fact that I was still present in his store at 8:57 p.m. At that point I simply left the items, explained to him, "Okay were done here." and left the items to go somewhere else. Probably another Harbor Freight, but hopefully one where the manager isnt an ass.

Ive purchased tools for many projects here and am very thankful for the quality products at very reasonable prices. Ive bought tools and supplies for welding, painting vehicles, roofing, framing, painting etc and have completed many projects using harbor freight tools. Great location close to Seattle and West Seattle, great selection, awesome prices. The store has always been clean and the staff has always been friendly while also knowledgeable. Im in and out with what I need at a great price with no hassle.

The three employees that I encountered were all very friendly. I asked a couple of questions. The two were extremely helpful. I really appreciated there willingness to help. My girlfriend and i were giving them a hard time. Great personalitys. The Employees were alot of fun. Excellent customer service skills. Much appreciated. I will definitely go back. Today i bought a motor stand.flash light and sand paper, etc.

Great place for the average DIY person, you can buy inexpensive tools and other items and replace if needed. They send out a sale catalog each month...good deals ! My wife says its like Disney World for overgrown boys !

Cheap tools, rule of thumb, dont buy the mechanical stuff (i.e. saws, drills, drills, roto hammers, etc.,.) unless you need it for a 1 time use, then definitely buy it.
