On January 9, 2017 while traveling i-90 to Seattle ( coming from Tri-cities area) my passenger side windshield wiper suddenly flew off leaving me with a glass cutter scraping across my windshield in the snow/ rain mix just outside North Bend, WA.I pulled into the Napa North Bend store to get help. I want to thank Lou (Employee #5 according to the invoice)for the fast, friendly and professional service. I was driving a 1989 dodge Ram mini-truck with an obscure wiper size-- Lou patiently tried several wipers until he found the right fit. All the other guys working were being helpful and kind to other customers as well. When you have a mechanical issue, especially when traveling under stressful conditions,I am very grateful to find that level of service available.Thanks again, Lou!

Went out here today because my license plates needed to be put on, I went and picked them up, but I didnt have the correct screws for them. Went over to Napa Valley to pick them up, the guys in there were super friendly, and the guy even measured the hole size for my plates, to ensure that they would fit properly. He even put them on for me, which was great. Fast and efficient, these guys know what theyre doing, highly recommend you go here if you need any parts! Im in Seattle, but I would visit here again just because of the great service.
