I work in Colusa but live one hour away. I drive to work from 5:30AM to 6:30AM. On my way to work one morning I had the unfortunate surprise lesson of changing a flat tire, for the first time, on a fairly dark rural highway. Frustrated, I called Les Schwab in Colusa at 7:10AM (their posted hours indicate they opened at 8AM) and Justin answered. I explained the situation and without any hesitation he committed to taking care of the situation. They quickly transported me to work, processed my transaction over the phone when the vehicle was ready, and returned the vehicle to my work location. Les Schwab @ Colusa provided above-the-call customer service in a stressful time for me and I recommend this store without reservation. Thank you Aric, Justin and team.

We had a blow out on I 5 at about 130 am in the morning. We were about 100 miles away from this Les Schwab. We limped along I 5 until businesses opened. This Les Schwab came up on my Google search. We pulled in and was greeted right away. There was not one person working there that we did not come into contact with. Each and everyone of them were extremely helpful and very friendly. They took what was a grim situation and made everything better. I can not thank each and everyone of them enough. For going the extra mile for us. When our RV blew out a tire on the freeway yesterday there were no tow trucks in the area big enough to haul us and we were left stranded on the freeway. Les Schwab came out and fixed our flat and replaced another while keeping the store open late for our family to be somewhere safe. The technician was very skilled and efficient, but i was especially impressed with his positive attitude while doing such a hard job in 95° heat! Thank you so much to the guys at Colusa Les Schwab and especially to our tech!

Always had great service. About a year ago I bought rims and tires from Les Schwab the look great but perform even better. I called today about getting a rotation and balance and I asked for the price and it was free I was told its part of the tire warranty. It shocked me i will be sharing my experience more than before my question is What happened to the BEEF? LoL That was another cool thing about Les Schwab
