Ive had varying experiences in this chain of Napa stores. I purchased a part at a Napa store in another town and Reibes Napa would not honor the warranty. Ive also had widely varying levels of service from the parts technicians there. Some were knowledgeable and efficient while others were not knowledgeable at all and quite frustrating to deal with.
