My vehicle paint repair is still not complete....7 days later. I left the vehicle last Tuesday morning and was told the repair would be complete in 3 days (Thursday). I called last Friday afternoon as was told the vehicle was in the paint booth and would be ready Monday. I called Monday afternoon as was told that they thought the vehicle was finished, but they would check and call me back. Someone else called back and advised me to call back late in the afternoon...they are still working on it. I will NOT recommend Westover as a reliable repair shop!

Beautiful work! I cant tell that my car had ever been hit. Reasonable price and very friendly, straight-forward service. They looked at the car and within a few minutes told me how long and what it would cost to fix, explained why and what might go wrong, and then stuck to those numbers. Ive never had an easier repair job, and that includes dealing with insurance. I also appreciated getting my car back much cleaner than when it went in. This was my second visit, and should I ever need it again, I will be back at Westover Auto Rebuild.

I have personally known Bill Westover for 30 years. He has done all of my auto body work in that time, and has always done beautiful work. In every case I could never tell any damage had ever occurred. He has done insurance work on a wide variety of daily drivers I have owned over years, and has also done restoration work on both of vintage Buicks. If I want the work done right I go see Bill and his crew every time.

The people at the front desk gave widely different work estimates within a day of each other - one week vs three weeks. When we tried to sort out what was causing such a drastic change, each person was blaming the other personally instead of recognizing that they all represent the company. Very unprofessional conduct with no ownership taken of the error or any kind of apology given.

I stopped by 6 yrs ago to have them take a peek at my bumper. Long story short, it got ripped part way off from a curb. They took a look, 10 mns later, sent me on my way repairs done. They did not ask for any money, just asked that I tell others about their service. I have told several people about the great service and now I am sharing it here as well.

$750 quote from Black Diamond auto rebuild vs $1350 from these jokers. Padded labor quotes with 15 extra hours of work that did not need to be performed. Guess they fail to realize that some women actually know something about cars. No thanks!

Nice guys that do good work. Been in a couple times and the service is friendly, including the dogs in the front office. Call back when expected. Had some damage repaired to my Toyota that was rearended. Came back looking like new
