Horrible customer service! I have never in my life have been treated the way they treated me. Horrible customer service, never calling me, and trying to charge me more than what they quoted. I dropped my engine head so they could run a pressure test on it. I dropped it off on a Monday, they told me they will have it done and ready for me the coming up Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and I dont hear anything from them all day, so I gave them a call and they told me they havent even looked at it. Okay >:[ they told me they will take a look at it the next day [Thursday] well Thursday rolls around and I dont hear anything from them again, so I gave them a call and when they answered they had the same response. "We havent had time to look at it we will get to it tomorrow" so Friday rolls around and I just decided to give them a call in the morning to make sure they would look at it, there response was "the guy that checks engines heads is not working we will have to wait till Monday to check it when he gets back" I responded by telling them"this is unacceptable you told me the part was going to get checked on Wednesday and youre trying to push it to Monday, wtf!" So they responded by telling me that they will take it to the everett shop and it will be done. I was cool with that. So Im waiting all day and they close at 6pm, Im waiting and waiting 5:15 rolls around and still no call, so I gave them a call to check on it. They told me it was completed and there were no problems with it. They never called me instead they made me call them every single time. Then when I got there and was about to pay the lady had the nerves to tell me that I was going to be charged 15 dollars more because they had to take it to everett. I told them "F" no in a very nice way and basically argued with them in a nice way as well so I could get the price they quoted. They also had the nerve to tell me they kept pushing my part check farther out because theyre a wholesale company first and business sales are more important then mine. They had a wholesale sale come in right after me dropping off the part. They were about to check my part before Wednesday but had a business wholesale came through so they decided to kick my business to the curb. Obviously they dont need customers business if theyre doing this. The whole situation resulted in them basically telling me that they dont care about their customers that we are not important to them. Our business means nothing to them and that they would rather deal with wholesale business then take care of first come first serve. It was really sad that they would do something like this. Id suggest never doing business here unless you want to wait a long time and then get charged more money at the end when theyre done doing whatever you want them to do. Horrible business and they dont deserve to do business with customers.
