The service department couldnt repair an original problem on an extended service plan item. Ive had my bike in here three times since Feb 20th 2016; the service writer didnt write up the work order per my instructions and seemed to have an attitude of trying to blow me off like I was an idiot. They are rude and condescending when talking to me about the problems my bike was having, then the service manager tried to have me pay for part of the bill that also had various spelling issues on the work order. They also sent me on my way after checking out the charging system including checking the battery. The bike wouldnt start after only riding 9 miles from emerald harley, due to a dead battery! The service dept. couldnt or wouldnt troubleshoot my bike that was bought brand new with a 7 year extended warranty from harley davidson. After I had it towed home from emerald city harley, It had trouble codes, (DTCs) in the computer that also gives you the part number for what needs to be replaced. OK; HOW HARD can it be for an Authorized Harley Davidson Service Department to pull the codes and repair a bike I paid over $24,000 for? Do Not bring your bike to this service department, they just want your money in exchange for excuses. Very dissatisfied.

Went with a friend to buy a motorcycle today. Both of the salesmen that we interacted with were great(Brian and Brent). Brian showed us the bikes and was helpful, but as my friend had made an online inquiry that was responded to by Brent, he ultimately ended up being the salesman for my friend. Brent was great. Willing to work with her, did his best to ensure she was happy when she left. He did an outstanding job! I would recommend Brent to anyone! He definitely wants his customers to be satisfied. I have been in there at least two dozen times over the years and it has always been a positive experience. The service department has always been helpful and the parts guys are very knowledgeable and give you all your options-even for aftermarket parts. Also, the finance person(I believe her name was Bonnie) and the salesperson in the apparel section(didnt catch her name) were both very lovely. The entire team did a great job tonight.

Bought my first bike at this location, (a 2015 48 Sporter) Amazing ride! but even more amazing was the above and beyond customer service from the staff at Harley-Davidson. Very friendly, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. Walked in from just barely getting my endorsement for a test drive; they were very accommodating and also very open to negotiate. I got an amazing deal on the bike. I had been shopping for a long time, in fact even before I got my endorsement, I had gone several times to check out the bikes, every single time the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend 100%, Also talk to Jon he was then one that helped me out!

Thank you Brent V. for your personal attention in selling me my 4th HD. You have excellent people skills and a great sense of humor. I have travelled all over this great country and would put this dealership on the top shelf. I could not give 5 stars, because that does not leave any room for improvement. The parts counter person is lacking a little in product knowledge and was slow to find parts in the catalog(maybe new to the counter?), but we got through it. We were traveling through the Northwest and my bike was having problems. I was there at 9:30 am, the service adviser told me hed have to schedule it out. Didnt have anyone to even look at it. WOW! Pretty much "we cant help you ". I was very surprised and disappointed. I took it to another dealer down in Tacoma, although closed, took my bike in, wrote it up, asked questions and I was told it will be serviced in the the morning. Thats Customer Service, Something Emerald City HD was lacking today.

My first bike in 16 years. Jon and the rest of the staff were so helpful. It took me months to decide. No pressure. They answered all my questions and helped me get to know the bikes and understand their differences. Was able to test ride anything I wanted. Parts department guys were awesome helping me find "extras". Emerald City HD is wonderful. Already referred another person to them. Hes thrilled too. I have a feeling Im going to be a life-long customer here.

My wife and I have purchased 2 motorcycles and lots of accessories from Emerald-City in the last several years. We have always been treated very well. Everyone there, sales staff, parts, service, and Motorclothes has been more than helpful. My wifes bike had a rear tire puncture the morning we were scheduled to leave for Sturgis.Emerald-City fixed it the same day when other dealers wouldnt even look at it.Give them a chance to win your business.

Last year we bought our first Harley and it started a relationship with staff at the store as well. Jon is amazingly natural and easy to talk to for help and makes me feel at ease. He personally just picked out my new seat for my husbands second purchase!! We moved to Mill Creek but will only go to Lynnwood for purchases and advice form Jon and the others!!

Great experience while shopping for a motorcycle. We ended up not getting the bike from here as we decided on a different model but the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of new and used bikes and accessories. If you are looking for a Harley, I recommend this as a stop due to the sales staff.

good with the exception of their voice mail in the service department. Even their own service techs say the voice mail does not always work and they do not get the ones customers leave them. This has been going on for over 2 years you think by now it would be fixed seems suspect to me if they value customer service!
