Brothers Powersports Review: I had a pretty good first couple of meetings with Brothers Powersports, then it all went really, really bad. I gave Dan & Jessica (Jessica is the financing person) authorization to do as credit check while I was deciding on a HONDA ST1300 or the Yamaha FJR 1300. Much to my surprise and anger two days later I got a Credit card from Yamaha with a $21,000 limit, to add more insult to injury the finance person at Brothers Powersports put through three credit checks, and then put through the app for the Yamaha Card. My credit score went from a 750 to mid 600s. When I confronted them, they could not have cared less. Very condescending, and arrogant. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, and did end up buying a Yamaha, but being pigeon holed into buying a Yamaha as opposed to having had the option to decide on what bike and plan I wanted, HONDA vs Yamaha should have been my decision, but by there disregard for the customer and ramming through that Yamaha app, I could not have qualified for a good finance deal with HONDA because thanks to the arrogance and careless disregard for their customers on the part of Dan, Kevin and Jessica my choice was now limited if I wanted to be riding this summer. I bought from Renton Motorsports, saved about $3000.00 in the process, so yes I got a really good deal and I am happy with my purchase, but Ill never so much as buy a spark plug from Brothers Powersports in Bremerton. Keep shopping, you might save more than a few bucks, like your credit score. Thomas Bliss Gig Harbor, WA

Just purchased a new Yamaha FJR 1300A from Nikko and Brothers Powersports and had a great experience. I had purchased my first bike, a used 2009 Versys from them and had good treatment at that time too. For this purchase, I looked all around Seattle, visited several other dealerships, spoke to several I didnt visit, and at the last minute ended up buying my bike at Brothers because they had the best price and I was confident in their service. Sales is a hard job. Trying to make all sorts of people happy is tough. And when it is your paycheck it is even tougher. Ive done it. Some people choose to take advantage of gullibility and pull every string and push every button to get your money. They prey on your ignorance and establish themselves as your expert. It is basic psychology 101. Although Nikko is in sales, he has never come across as anything other than a genuinely nice guy who would like to help you buy a bike you will like. No slime. Whole process was painless. And their mechanic or technical guy, whose name I forget but who is always there, does a nice job of explaining your machine to you. I had other dealerships treating me with condescension, trying to pull old tricks of bad-mouthing other dealers, or giving me pennies for my used bike. Cloak and dagger stuff. I had none of that with Brothers. Just simple help to buy a great bike. Id put it this way: I would not hesitate to send my friends and neighbors there.

Went up to Bremerton to look at 1 bike they had on their website. Spent 30 minutes trying to find a sales person finally just went to the guy in parts and said "Hey can I get a key for a test ride I am tired of trying to find someone who wants to sell a bike". He goes and finds a sales guy for me. I tell him I am here for that bike and maybe the one next to it. He wastes an hour of my time trying to sell me a 3rd bike I dont want. Still no test ride. Then he has to leave and hands me to a different sales guy. SAME routine, I would like to test ride that bike that one right there....OH NO NO you want this one this one that is twice the price. NO NO I dont, 2 more hours wasted trying to sell me a bike I dont want and getting dodgy any time I press about a test ride on the bike I do want. Finally agrees to let me ride the bike NEXT to the one I was there for. I take it out dont care for it and bring it back..NOW can I try the one I came her for? OH No we are closing come back tomorrow....are you kidding me? I spent an entire Fing day in Bremerton for nothing. I cant decide if there is something wrong with the one I wanted to look at and that was why they were trying to point me at something twice the price that I dont want or he has a friend interested in that bike so he is trying to hold it. Either way I would recommend any where else over this place.

We all know that salespeople are a lot like lawyers in that their in the business of lying and telling you a bunch of bull**** to try and get you to give them as much of your money as possible. The difference is that some at least treat you with respect and are courteous and dont lie as much. Their sales person, Todd embodies all that is wrong with salespeople. I was in the market for a Ducati sport bike and brothers was the very first place Ive been to. I soon found that to be a huge mistake. They overprice their bikes and have by far the highest markup of any motorcycle dealership especially on Ducatis. Ive been to Ducati of seattle and eastside motosports so trust me I know. The sales people seem as they not only have no knowledge of the product theyre selling but seem to not have a clue on how or why they price their bikes so high. Even worse they dismiss you when you try and correct them and if you happen to be on the phone with one of them they just hang up on you without warning. If you like to be taken advantage of, giving away your hard earned money, or just like being treated like crap, buy from them.

I purchased a Motorcycle from these guys last week. I found the bike I wanted on their website. It was a blowout special they had on leftover stock. I called to make sure they still had it for sale and confirmed the special price. I dealt with Nico in sales. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. I did some paperwork via e-mail, he was quick to respond and took care of business. I wanted the financing all ready when I showed up as I was coming from further away and they completely delivered on my expectations, it was well worth the extra miles to deal with these guys. I was in and out of finance in minutes. Financing with them was a painless experience! I was then explained my bikes features from top to bottom. The gentleman teaching me about all the functions/features was very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable about the actual bike. I got a quick tour of the place and it all seemed great with a very polite crew working there. I definitely recommend giving these guys a chance to earn your business. A+!

wow it is so amazing to read all of the bad reviews and actually compair it with the business. you guys must be those customers who are never satisfied. Brothers powersports is run by people just like you and me...why are you expecting them to be so perfect? I know that people make mistaks and i definetly know that brothers powersport employees will own up to that and they will also do thier best to make a bad situation good again. i know that from experience working with them in the past and present. ya their prices are maybe more expensive then other bike shops but they are more than happy to help you out. they know their stuff (and if they do not they will make sure they get you with someone who does), and they are friendly...that is worth the couple extra bucks if you ask me. Brothers is my home away from home. they have their ups and downs but hey who does not?
