Just wanted to say thank you and give you guys some positive feedback. I had heard about your service department and decided to give you a try. There have been several people I have talked to that have gotten work done at your shop and all of them had very positive things to say about the experience. That is why I decided to give you a try. First, I submitted a quote request on your website for a fork seal replacement service. I had someone follow up with me the next day and leave a phone message. The quoted price was a little over $100 less than another more local service department. Additionally, I needed to get it done by the upcoming weekend. They were able to fit me in during the week. I dropped the bike off on Saturday and picked it up on Wednesday. Specifically, some of the things I really liked about you guys were: 1.) Your timeliness in your response to the quote request 2.) Your pricing 3.) Friendly, welcoming atmosphere when I arrived 4.) You had the door to your service area open with the mechanics working in full view (this was probably the most important one to me). This showed that you were confident enough in your team to let anyone look in and see what they are doing and how they work. 5.) You did your best to accommodate getting my bike back to me as I requested by shuffling some things around in the schedule (Thank You!) Overall, I highly recommend your service department and I will come back to see you guys in the future! Thank you, L. Schmitt Port Orchard, WA

My husband and I are from Alaska, we rode our VTXs down to the lower 48 and then continued to ride for another 11,000 mi. During the short time my VTX was in storage over the winter in Oklahoma, the handle bar got bent, My husband tried to fix it (which ruined my grip) but the bike was rideable. We were in Seatac for a little over 24 hrs. The bikes needed the oil changed before we headed back up the Alcan. Southbound Honda not only got us in they fixed my handlebar and replaced the grip!!! Amazing people, amazing Service!! Thank you guys, for getting us in so quickly and going above and beyond service.

All I can say is great place had a little issue with my 8000 mile service so I called next morning at 9am and some one answered said he would have someone call me when they called there was no argument the sent someone out to pick up my bike ...but Im still upset so I drove down to Honda and was met by Joey(great Guy)Joey came out and was extremely helpful through the hole process took care of me and took the time to make sure everything was good. great place you dont find customer service like that very often and for that reason alone Im a loyal customer for life thank u Joey

They have the bike sales thing down pat. There is almost always someone near the entrance to greet you and ask what brings you in. They went the extra mile to help me track down the model of bike I was looking for since they didnt have one in their show room. Their sales team is eager and helpful without being too pushy. But getting service scheduled there is not often convenient. They seem to be trying to help. But, it always seems they are so booked up, they are not able to do anything if you need something done right away.

Ive taken my 1979 cx500c to Veteran Operated Southbound Honda for new tires, parts, and advice. Three out of the four parts I had ordered through them were wrong, and had to be reordered. Jeremy, in their service department left a spacer in the wheel, forcing me to bring it back. Instead of admitting a mistake, he had the nerve to accuse me of not knowing what I was doing. After reading the many great reviews on this shop, and experiencing SBH myself, it is clear that they are mostly fake. This place gives Vets a bad name.

Excellent parts/service department. South Bound Honda duplicated a Honda scooter key for me when parts desk guy at the "Tacoma Motorsports" (another authorized Honda dealer) said it was impossible and literally told me to go away when I said other Honda dealers dont have any problems duplicating Honda keys. I will be making the extra drive/ride to South Bound Honda to get my OEM stuff. They treat you like they should, a valued customer.

I took my 05 Yamaha R6 in because the chain was all loose and making noise. The customer service guy came out and checked it out and noticed it was very loose so then the service guy Jeremy came and checked it out. They took it in the shop right then because of how bad it was and replaced it within an hour or so! Awesome really cool guys I hope everyone checks this place out its very friendly and a good place to buy your bike!

My family and I have been going to this dealership for a long time. We have recently been looking for a newer and bigger bike for my wife and have gone in several times to kick tires. They have always been very cool about it and had all the right answers. Recently we found the bike she wanted. they gave us a great deal on her trade and treated us right. If you havent been there go there. great people and service.

Took in a Kawasaki ATV case to have 2 bearings removed. Was told it would be hourly rate. I mistakenly assumed it would be around $30-40 at the most, since they are a professional shop, supposed to have the right tools, etc. I got quite a shock when they told me it was $162! Just reinforced my fear of paying someone else to do anything. Never again!

Took my bike in for new tires. They let me bring in my own tires and they installed then. Other places wouldnt allow that, they wanted me to buy ties from them. They found some other problems that I was unaware of and took care of those issues as well. Spent a little more than I had planned but at least I know that my bike is safe to ride.

By far the best dealer around I bought my crf 250l from them about 5 months ago and couldnt be happier they where $1200 cheeper then the other place I was looking. Ive also taken my bike there for a valve adjustment and go there for my parts. There service/parts department is top notch keep up the good work guys

I have worked with these folks for over 9 years. The Lakewood Store and sister store in Olympia. I have never talked with the person with a bad attitude. Service is excellent. They have worked on my jet skies and quads (to include a total engine rebuild). Talk with Jeremy in service. GOOD GUY!

Poor customer service. When you go to a dealer you expect to be sold a vehicle/motorcycle not be ignored by every single employee that works there. Small selection of motorcycles and gear. Uncompetitive pricing compared to local dealers. I suggest you shop somewhere else.

Overall good experience here. Staff very helpful in locating parts needed. Very much more personable and helpful than the other local Honda Motorcycle Dealership. Highly recommend this business and will go here again if in need of any parts.
