PLEASE AVOID BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!! Here is the listing on their website: Sellers Comments We love the Passats and we buy and sell a lot of them here. This is one of the best weve seen. Its the loaded GLX model with very low miles for the year. Nice looking body and a super clean plush leather interior. Runs so smooth and quiet with the V6 engine. Very comfortable to drive. Come see it before its gone. I went to view the car and took it for a test drive. Everything went well during the 5 minutes that I was driving it. I was a little skeptical and didnt want to commit to buying it without a mechanic looking at it. They told me that they would pay for their mechanic (down the street, seperate company that has nothing to do with their sales, so he is not biased, I made sure of that) to review the car as long as the deal goes through. While I was driving it to the mechanic, the traction control light turned on. During the mechanics bumper to bumper electronic inspection, the traction control light turned off, but the ABS light came on. He said he was out of time but that he would have to fix this for them since it happened on his watch. So I drove it back to the dealer, during my drive back, the ebrake light turned on. When I got back to the dealer, they said they would make sure all of this got fixed before I bought it. They wanted me to leave $200 down payment so they could pull it off of the market. My mistake, I did. That night, I got really, really skeptical about the deal and decided I wanted to pull out. I called them for the next four days without a response. I was hoping to at least get the down payment back and even willing to pay for the mechanic as we agreed. They refused. Over $200, they are willing to get a review like this. There are two owner, both of which conspire for take money from whomever they can. I really hope this review scares you enough to not buy from them.

BEWARE, UNSAFE VEHICLES! I recently took a vehicle at this dealership for a test drive. Upon starting the vehicle the warning chime that indicates the airbag light has been tampered with went off. I took the vehicle for a test drive and I could barely keep it on the road because the front end suspension was in such disrepair. I looked up the car fax and it had been in a wreck and two of the most recent owners got rid of it within a month. When I originally called about the vehicle the salesperson assured me the vehicle was in perfect running condition and that it had no body damage. I told this person I have my 11 month old son with my frequently and he assured me the vehicle was safe. He obviously thought I was a fool who knew nothing about vehicles which was especially frustrating since I drove a couple hours to see it. Everything he told me about the vehicle over the phone was untrue. This dealership clearly has no regard for anyones well being.

Super sketchy when you see this place from the outside, and the inside smells like ferrets use it for a bathroom. They didnt have the truck they were advertising online, and there was no one there to help me anyway (at 1pm on a Wednesday). Lots of other trucks available, but no one to buy them from. So, if you need a lifted heavy duty truck, dont mind sitting around for a few hours, and have lost your sense of smell, you might be a better customer for them.

i traded my car in at brotherton cadillac in renton, now it is for sale at car pool with 190xxx miles, they have it listed with 114,xxx, I feel that is dishonest, i explained to them i had the instrument cluster replaced so the actual mileage was 190,000 they gave me a price for 190,xxx miles.

Great customer service. After I bought my truck the salesman noticed a crack in my windshield and gave me a free one on the spot. Also brought a buddy there to buy a truck and they handed me 200$ cash! Will buy from again!!!
