Bad Customer Service. I love their paint and will continue to buy from them, but the customer service at this location is downright awful. The first time I went in I wanted a color a few shades darker than the one I had on the swatch and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was a little baffled by this and ended up leaving with no paint. The second time I wanted to purchase some paint samples and every time I tried to flag someone down to help me they would get busy doing something else. It took about 15 minutes before I was finally helped and I was the only person in the store! The whole time I was being helped they acted like I was a major inconvenience to them. Today I walked in to a blow-out argument between an employee and a customer. It ended with the customer storming out the door and the employee swearing up a storm and going into the back room where he proceeded to drop the F-bomb multiple times (loud enough so everyone in the store could hear it). I dont know who was right or wrong, but the whole scenario was extremely unprofessional.

My experience with the customer service personnel at this location was middling to fair until my third visit, when the young man who was helping me remembered me from my first visit and was much more attentive. Be careful when they are recording your paint order, they got the quantities of our paints wrong. They corrected their mistake without cost to me, but it did delay my painting by a day.
