I came in to get some paint, asked for the color I needed, which was a new brand and off the sales clerk went. He obviously didnt have the "recipe" for the new paint, but never bothered in the 40 minutes I stood waiting, to let me know what was happening. He just kept walking around the store, looking for paperwork. Finally, I called another Kelly Moore store in the area, and asked if they could call the WC store and give them the info they needed. Within 2 minutes the other store had faxed over the "recipe" for my color. They really move at a snails pace, never apologized for my wait or even explained why it had taken them so long. In fact, they were quite obviously bothered by my request for the paint. The store was also filthy and had half opened boxes lying around with shelves half full. Looks like the place hasnt been swept or dusted in months. Also, one of the employees obviously didnt have child care and had their child roaming around where they were working. The mom/employee kept asking her child to get out of the way and go sit in the back office and stop bothering her. Just plain unprofessional from all the employees.

I came in with low expectation.because of the two previous reviews. The lady that helped me was friendly, courteous, and smiled. Idk about the other two but I got no sense that they were not at all racist.
