Sorry, I have to agree with the person who said, the worst Michaels... This Michaels is very poorly managed. They never have enough cashiers to handle volume, even with average number of customers Sadly, my experience has been with employees who are not knowledgeable about stores inventory or services, and most especially they dont care. But then again, they are teens who appear to be working part time for minimum wage, so I usually leave this store frustrated with the management. I went next door to Aaron Bros for framing instead. Still young employees, but fabulous service!!

Huge variety of creative craft and decorating materials for the entire family. Great selection of seasonal items and regular items, always can find what you want. Only gripe is that there cash registers are always really slow. Not the cashiers but their systems. Maybe its due to their huge selections?

About what youd expect from a craft store, lots of moms and young kids, and everything smells like crafting and yarn. They have a lot of stuff, you could probably find just about any crafting item you need there, there might even be something there that inspires a new craft project.

Love this store. I even got my husband to enjoy it. My daughter works at one and now I am so addicted to all the goodies they have not just arts and crafts but containers and baking. I go here first every time and the employees are so sweet.

The selection in the store was fantastic. It had everything I wanted (and more!) A couple of the staff members at the store seemed less than thrilled to be there helping though, which is why I give it only 4/5 stars.

I walked in for paper and literally didnt receive as much help as I thought I would. Maybe they should hire more associates. Just pointing somewhere where to go isnt excellent customer service.

Very reliable and hard working staff. I have had to walk in 5 mins before they close multiple times this season. The only response I ever get for it is patience and willingness to help.

I love this store sooooo much! I come here really often and its huge with lots no iteams all the time! Things are always on say and you get many many coupons! LOVE IT!

Items clearly over priced. Can purchase for cheaper online. Otherwise would recommend. Tukwila location is 30% cheaper than Issaquah.
