The eye doctor was great , however the sales associate ( an older woman ) was very unprofessional . My boyfriend and I had went in for his appointment and it went great , the doctor was very knowledgeable and professional . After the appointment we sat down with one of the associates to pick out some frames , she checked the stock on the frames we wanted and we were all set . One week later ( the day the glasses were supposed to be in ) I get a message on my phone saying that the size that she ordered was no longer available . The glasses he tried on in the store ( which were a smaller size than she ordered but fit him comfortably ) were fine so I called back to order the ones he had tried on the first time . The woman that had helped us with the sale , answered and I let her know that Id like the size hed tried on in the store . She started and continued to argue with me raising her voice and telling me he needed the bigger size that they no longer carried . I told her the size he had tried on in the store are the ones he wants and even if they were another week late that would be fine . She continued to be rude and unprofessional saying " well when he gets marks on the side of his head dont bring them back here and complain ! ! I guess Ill order them then ! " I said okay , and hung up with the phone . I called my boyfriend to let him know what happened , he went in after work to get his money back too furious to say anything as a manager wasnt available . I called a bit later to speak with one and the another associate informed me (lowering her voice to a whisper) SHE ( the woman who had been so rude ) was the manager of the store . Naturally I asked to speak with the owner , now more upset that someone in that position would be so rude and unprofessional . The associate again lowered her voice and quietly informed me she was the owner as well . I asked to speak with the doctor himself and he is going to call me tomorrow , Im hoping this issue will be resolved by the doctor because no one should have to deal with someone so rude and unprofessional especially when you are giving them your money . The rest of the staff was very pleasant . Unless this woman learns how to respect and be polite with her customers I would not recommend going here at all . A waste of time and money .

When I came to Dr. Harris for an eye exam I was warmly greeted by his staff. Dr. Harris was extremely kind, patient, and spent all the time I needed answering all my questions. After my eye appointment, the optical technician and office manager both offered a great deal of help and helped me pick out a great pair of glasses that I wanted and that looked great. I was very happy with the selection of glasses, warm and welcoming environment, and the professionalism you would expected in a doctors office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Harris and his staff for your next eye appointment.

Dr. Harris and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! When picking out new frames, they did not rush me, and gave me many great options to choose from. They have such a wonderful selection of frames, and even pulled out a catalog to see if there was another color available. Above and beyond. Dr. Harris is great if you have an eye infection too - fit me right in!
