I came to the vision center looking to get the cheapest glasses to finish off my last year in school. After looking up quotes for me a woman (didnt catch her name) called over another employee to help find the best deal. After looking at my prescription he told me my prescription was so low I could just save alot of money and get 10 dollar reading glasses! I was pumped! They could have easily taken about 100 dollars from me but instead sent me to get 12 dollar glasses. I left extremely happy!

I had the worst customer service experience at this Walmart Vision Center. Mrs. Silver Streak should seriously consider another profession that doesnt require contact with the public because healthcare is not for her. I wouldnt sen my dog in to see her!

Horrible customer service and very rude receptionist. They say they will send your prescription to another office and then they dont... TWO TIMES!!! Typical lakewood service. This entire store is a disaster.
