My husband and I went into the store and there was only one person working, so we had to wait awhile to be attended to since he was tied up with another customer. This gave us a chance to look over all the mattresses and was actually not too bad. When he was freed up, we had come down to a few options. I told him my budget (which I low-balled) and he actually stuck to it, which I extremely admire. We told him our actual budget and he helped us find a great mattress which we are still working in but has worked wonders for my sleep! I suppose my only criticism is that when we checked out, I was not quite aware that the credit check for financing would enroll me for a credit card. I already have one I could have paid with! Overall though, pretty nice to have a mattress that helps my back and my sleep.

Three years ago I purchased a bed frame and a Tempurpedic queen set and was very pleased with the service and timely manner in which I received my order. A couple of weeks ago, I needed a box spring for my guest room and returned to Sleep Train only to experience the same quality service and goods. Thank you for being such a great business. Working retail I get that you cant always have enough staff for all the customers so my wife and I had to wait some time to be helped because they only had one person working at the time, since we had to wait the manager hooked us up with some good deals. I would definitely recommend this location because the staff know what they are talking about and they have good deals and will price match.
