I bought a couch, chair, ottoman, 2 end tables and a coffee table on September 1st 2008 at this La Z Boy store.Delivery time was 6-8 weeks, which was no problem. I opened up a line of credit with the company, as they were offering a 12 month no-interest sale. I received my couch and the tables in November, after having to call in numerous times to the company to see when the expected delivery date was going to be. My salesperson never once called me to inform me my order was being delayed. I had to arm-twist just to get the items I did receive in November. A similar experience occurred with the rest of my furniture. I did not receive my ottoman and chair until mid-January, fully four months after I had made my order. Again, I did not receive any communication from the store. All updates were the result of me wanting to know where my furniture was going to be arriving. Every time I did call, the expected delivery date was always "another two weeks." Once I received my furniture, I was glad I would never have to deal with this store again! But not even a month after receiving my second shipment, I got a call from the store AGAIN saying they were ready to deliver my chair and ottoman... what they had delivered to my apartment just a month before. What kind of circus are they running here? Its ridiculous. To top it all off, its now mid-May, fully eight and a half months after I initially made the order, and now they charged me for the duplicate third order they tried to deliver to me after I had received my order for $300. I would NEVER buy from this store. They have messed up literally every aspect of the transaction. Theyve ruined the customer experience, and frankly, Im surprised a place like this can stay in business in times like these. Buyer beware!

What a disappointment it has been to deal with La-z-boy. We came to your Lynwood wa store on march 28th to place a furniture order because we thought it would be better to spend the extra money for higher quality furniture, but we were wrong, We purchased a recliner sofa and a regular sofa and only a month after ownership the sofas starting having issues, the recliner sofa needs a new reclining chair and the other sofas cushions have already lost their shape and now it looks like a cheap piece of furniture. I was told that Lazboy does not use foam in their cushions anymore and that that is the reason why the cuchiosn lose their shape so fast. I called in on may 26th to have a technician come in and the technician was not able to come until June 17th! The technician was very nice. The warranty department called me to tell me that my replacement piece had been ordered, but no time frame was given. My furniture is so new it should not have any issues I do not feel confident on my purchase at all. I have called customer care and the Lynwood location several times and people give you the run around and vague information to how to solve our problem. Your company does not care about customer service at all, your staff is rude and sarcastic. I have tried to contact the general manager of the Lynwood store Sherri (but she is always unavailable), Mike R who oversees the Lynwood location and have left messages with Brenda L in corporate and to this day nobody has made an effort to reach back to me. I would not recommend La-z-boy furniture to anybody the quality furniture they used to have is gone and their customer service is terrible.

Bought a Maverick leather sofa for over $2500. Within a month there was issues where the leather was damaged. I had bought two recliners a year and a half earlier and the leather started to flake. They were $3000 for the pair. I was told even thou I bought the extended 5 year warranty that they couldnt repair my chairs unless they were ripped. I jokingly told the warranty lady that if I ripped them would they repair them? She responded with a yes. With this negative experience I tried to return the sofa I had bought a month ago. Sherrie Bond the manager was confrontational and would cut me off every time I would try and get a word in which infuriated me. She told me since I had a service issue that the service manager would have to take it back. But if I didnt like the color she would take it back instead of my concerns of the poor quality. When I said I didnt like the color she refused. After talking to the service manager I was told that there was nothing she could do also. Her name was Cyndy and at least she was helpful. Do yourself a favor. Dont buy this overpriced poor quality furniture. The minute the sale is finished its horrible customer service!!!!

Awful experience today. My wife and I were in there hoping to purchase a new recliner as my fathers day gift. We waiting around in the store patiently for over an hour and didnt get a single acknowledgement from any of the staff. We attempted to flag some down and we got looked at and walked away from a few times. We were clearly sitting and looking at the recliners and other furniture with zero recognition. Even while waiting for help and the sales staff finished with other customers we were still ignored. I dont know if we didnt look like we had money or something but it was clear we werent going to get any help. We were planning on spending a couple thousand dollars but I will never return to this store and will make sure my family knows to stay away.

Yes, delivery glitch. But they made it right. That goes a long way for me. Customer service is huge with my work and it showed with this company the way they handled the delivery and made everything correct. The delivery team was great they made sure everything was well and in working condition before I signed off on anything. I cant say enough good things about this company and I will continue to purchase items from them in the future. Thanks again to the staff at the Lynnwood store and thanks again to the organization for answering my email and calling back quickly- it made all the difference. ~ Tina Marier

If you purchase a couch etc from La z boy. Pray it doesnt break. I have been without use of my couch for going on two months now. They dont even show record of the first guy who came and was supposed to order parts deducted by his findings. 2nd guy took the couch then they had no record of them having my couch. Now i have escalated to a manager JUST to get my couch back sooner than they are saying they "could" deliver it back and put it back together.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Weird configuration of recliners. Higher end, leather, powered recliners up one end, & down the other end is another recliner section comprising mostly manual (but some powered) recliners. If youre deciding by comfort (as we were), you can end up running a marathon from one end to the other. Take a water bottle!

It is over 17 weeks now and we still do not have our chair. Terrible service all we get is excuses, excuses, excuses. Anyone filed a "class action Lawsuite yet:?!!!

Great chairs. Lousy staff. Do not buy the up sell protection. Edit : chair lasted about two years before irreparable structural failure. Would not buy again.
