AVOID THE METH HEAD TWEAKERS THAT WORK HERE. THEYRE ON THE CRACK. I know you shouldnt expect much from Walmart in terms of customer service and general competence, however this Walmart continues to astound my already low expectations. I dont know what crack house they scraped these employees from, but it was certainly the bottom of barrel. My biggest regret is that I you cant leave a zero star review. One star is faaar too generous for these degenerates. Its quite clear that they go out of their way to provide any type of interaction with these "people" at Walmart to be the most mind numbing and frustrating experience youve ever faced. Mark, the sorry excuse for a human (let alone a manager) is the ringleader of these defects in the electronic department. It is beyond his cognitive ability (and his fellow minimum wage middle school dropouts ability) to understand that the "activation card" of a prepaid phone IS the SIM CARD. I tried exchanged a defective prepaid phone for another one, included all of the things in the box, and he tried to convince me I dont have all of the items in the box because I needed the Activation Card, which was prominently listed as one of the items in the box that the phone came with. I hadnt used the prepaid SIM that was included with this phone because I already had Tmobile and used my own SIM. This was too much for his genius-like mind, and he continued to argue with me in an extremely rude and condescending manner about what an "Activation Card" is. He was convinced it wasnt the SIM card. But guess what, tweaker... IT IS THE SIM CARD. Simple, right? No, because Manager Mark (who is 45 and lives with his mother) couldnt possibly comprehend this extremely difficult concept. I dont typically advocate mandatory drug tests at work, however in my experience of having watched all seasons of Breaking Bad, Manager Mark and the other crack heads in the electronic department and without a doubt all meth head tweakers looking for their next fix of the Heisenberg Blue crystal methamphetamine. In closing, avoid these the meth addicts that work here, and stay in school or you could end up like them. I never thought that Id actually think or say that McDonalds employees could be anything but the bottom feeders of society, however it is abundantly clear that the competence of a McDonalds fry cook is significantly higher than that of a Walmart employee, especially balding pedophile meth head drop outs named Mark in the the electronics department.

They have lost my service. I went in to order a cake. I always order a cake for my childrens birthday from here. I just got one in February. I was ordering for May and planning on paying in full because the cake is expensive. Mamas I even said I wanted to order cake the woman behind the bakery counter jumped down my throat because I want in my cake a certain way. Ive always gotten my cakes done a certain way. The way theyre done in the book is not attractive to me. My daughter had a Hello Kitty cake from there a couple years ago. In the book the frosting is Pink. I changed it to White. Just different little changes here. So I was going to order a trolls cake. They dont have a trolls cake in the book. But they have troll figurine. So I just wanted 2 tier cake that was rainbow going up so their frosting on the bottom Indigo then purple and blue and so on so forth to create a rainbow going up the cake. Thats it. She argued with me over and over and over again. call the manager over. He insisted that they dont even do Frozen cakes. Which is the cake that I got in February. But for them to tell somebody whos the customer that they dont do that type of thing period even though theyre not the cake decorators. Is ridiculous. And then they were like oh well I can put the order in and you can pay now but it doesnt mean that were going to do it well figure that out when the cake decorator comes back. Pic taker it is not coming back until next week. After I told her the date that I was picking up my cake which is May 7th a Sunday more than a month away when I was ordering she quickly stated she being the woman at the bakery that they cant do picture cakes because the machine is broken. So you mean to tell me the in the next month youre not going to try and fix 20 or machines that you have advertised in this book that you do this picture cakes all these different options but you cant even do them because the machine doesnt work but you only do the cakes that are in the book. And they close their hours so theyre closing at midnight instead of being open 24 hours. I only shop at Walmart between the hours of midnight and 3 a.m. When nobody is there. Especially since I have 6 kids Im bringing with me so much easier. So you have lost my business and you probably dont care but thats fine. Someone will appreciate gaining my business.

This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a Walmart- Ever! In my attempt to make a purchase in the Electronics Dept. I could not locate the employee who opens the cabinet so I could purchase (1) one game. I waited at the counter behind other customers until I reached the cashier who told me to go look for someone in a red jacket "shes around somewhere" - I found that person who told me to wait while she was talking to another customer, I did this, then she began to help yet another customer, I politely asked to get just one game from the cabinet. She got the game out then told me she had to bring it to the counter herself so that I could pay for it. I asked if this was a policy and she said yes. I waited for her to bring it to the cash register... instead, she decided to help yet another customer while they talked about what would be a good game for people they had on their list of gifts to buy. I stood by another few minutes and while I politely waited for them to finish their conversation, when they finished, I asked if we could bring my purchase to the register so that I may continue my shopping. She said she would but as I walked to the register, she decided to hang out a bit longer... she then turned to a friend who was standing nearby asked if she could help him with a purchase! He asked if I could get help buying the game she was holding - it was then she decided to bring it to the cash register. When she finally rang it up, she rang up the wrong purchase - had to void it and ring up my purchase- her explanation? "My Bad" is what she said... she then wished me a "Merry Christmas" and apologized for the wait.... whatever. I wont be shopping there and did not continue my shopping that evening... I wonder why I was treated this way when I was a guaranteed purchase and the other customers she was helping were not...? It was Friday 12/11/09 at around 10:00 PM.

This Walmart is just like any other Walmart youve ever been to. They have everything youre looking for from food to craft supplies to gardening decor and tools. I wasnt so satisfied with the customer customer department or the pick-up items because both were not helpful at all. One had a super long line that led me to even more issues because they didnt accept my item I wanted to returned, which I literally purchased 2 hours before wanting to return it again. I bought a computer mouse but it didnt come with the mini usb stick to connect to my computer so I returned it to get a different one. After a while of waiting for one of the tech guys to go look it up, he tells me I cant return it because the code inside doesnt match with the item. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR HIM TO CONFIRM THAT! I didnt even do anything to the code. It stayed exactly how I purchased it. After leaving upset, I came back again to return it with a different lady who accepted it without a problem. WHAT IS THIS?! The pick-up items took a long time too. I was standing there for like 20 minutes with the staffs just going in and out of the back door and none bothered to ask what we were waiting for. Two ladies didnt look so pleased to help us out and trust me, we were even more unpleased by these ridiculous people. Im only coming back to Walmart to buy the items I need and just going to head right out. Avoid any customer services from those two departments. PEACE
