This is one of my favorite location mostly because I grew up near this one. Ive been coming to this location about 8 years had a few hiccups here and there. But management has always handled the situation very well. I had recently bought a table set which came damaged. The store manager offered me a new one which also came damaged (most likely happened with the manufacturer) but I ended up getting the display for a discount. Only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I wish the store was more stocked. I love buying home decor from them but often find they lack in that department. Still will continue to shop at this location even though I no longer live in kent.

Cashiers need training in respect. My daughter and myself went there looking for a phone case . Yes the store was in shambles and there was only one case left in the size we needed, But we were ok with that. What we were NOT OK with was the cashier was very nice. Until I asked If the store took Ebt. She went from nice to treating us like we were trash so fast I couldnt believe it. Thanks for making a victim of abuse feel like that. Really made my day. Truly. Because that is just what We needed to feel completely alone.

Very clean store! Great selection! All the employees walking the isles were very polite and helpful. However I took off one star for the cashier...she was very grumpy to me and the other cashier next to her so it made me feel awkward. Otherwise, you should totally come here! They surprisingly have cute home decor. Lots of cleaning supplies and toiletries. If you are into your yard, there are also a lot of flowers and patio stuff you can choose from.

I like this one better than the one in Burien, Renton Highlands or Southcenter. It always has better stuff and their shelves stay stocked. I come here when Im in the area and always find really cute things for my home. Definitely recommend this place for any Big Lots fans. Its worth the drive.

A treasure trove of culinary treasures. Love the inexpensive but good quality food items. You can find everything from traditional Dolmas to great curry simmer sauces and a wide selection of beverages. It is also a pretty easy store to get in and out of quickly. Always a plus to me!

Need some storage containers or other items for the kitchen? This is the place. I also found a great recliner for $200.00 less than the furniture store. Its the same item!! So I love BIG LOTS!! They offer some great deals on baby items too.

You can get some really good brands for really good price. I was lucky enough to get the last of an item $20 cheaper than at another local store. I would give it a 5-star but I cant alway count on getting particular items as these are lots

I get all. Of my toiletries, cleaning supplies candles here. The prices are the best in town. I will caution people to check the date on food. A lot of the food he gone beyond the expiration date.
