I work at Honda of Burien a couple blocks down from Discount Tire in Burien. I have worked with a lot of these guys over the last few years. They have awesome customer service and always get my cars done quick and flawless. The advisors go above and beyond to make sure I get the best value for my purchases. Unlike most customers posting reviews, I have had probably about 20-30 experiences with these guys over the last couple years due to the nature of my job so I can say with absolute confidence that you will not be disappointed if you do business with these people. I actually just got back from picking up a car from them (which was my inspiration for this review). There was a misunderstanding with the pricing and ,long story short, I was being charged much more than I expected. They adjusted the bill to the best of their ability and sent me on my way. Cant give these guys enough praise.

I was very disappointed with the service, went for a walk in appointment and was told there was a 1 hour and 45m wait. OK cool no problem, so I asked if it was alright to come back in about a hour and if there was any special check in process. I was told that I could come back, and no there was no special check in process or anything. So I came back a hour later and sat and waited for a hour, after a hour and a half I go to ask what happened with the line. Turns out I had been skipped as shortly after I left my turn came up, the next available spot was in another hour.....

This store is an embarrassment to the good name of Discount Tire. I dropped off a tire for a replacement which they said would take a few hours. Five days later I called to pick it up and they told me it was done, but when I arrived I saw nothing has been done to the tire after 5 days! The only reason I give them one star is the store manager then lied to me saying that it takes more than 10 minutes to fix a tire as if I had just dropped it off. In summary I had 5 conversations with this store and every single time I spoke with them they miss informed me.

Really disappointed in these guys. Had great service until recently. Has taken 3 visits and upwards of 7 hours in their waiting area to find only that yet again they have let me down. Had problems with 2 faulty tires which took 2 visits to identify, 3rd visit has left me with 2 new tires installed on the rear of a front wheel drive vehicle and a faulty TPMS system yet again. Not looking forward to dealing with these guys for a fix. Its unfortunate that the customer has to tell the shop how to properly install tires. I would not recommend this shop.

I recently purchased a set of tires from this store. I was told to expect a 1.5-2 hr wait. I was out the door in 2.25 hrs, so they ran a little long. However, the employee was genuinely apologetic, and I had noticed they were running into issues with other customers cars that were affecting speed, so I was fine with it. The work itself was excellent, and the prices are hard to beat. I called about 5 different places and DT beat them all by a large margin. I will do business with these guys again when the time comes.

The non-mechanical staff members were professional, informed, and a pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately, these qualities did not apply to the mechanical staff. While--as far as I can tell--my tires were installed correctly, the things in my car (mostly camping gear) were not treated with respect. I understand that businesses of this type remain quite busy, but professionalism should be consistently high throughout the entire experience. Overall, my experience was average.

Discount tire Burien is excellent customer service. I bring my car rebalacing to Discount tire Garyway Branch, Renton after I drove my car vibration in the free way. Looklike they didnt rebalancing my tire just rotated. The next week I went to Discount Tire Burien again they rebalancing my car. Ever same the Discount Tire Burien Branch is the best service team. I am highly appreciate and I give your team 5 star service. Thank you.

Great customer service experience today. I was helped immediately after I walked in and Darrell walked out with me to my car to do a quick check on my tire in the trunk. He got me signed in after that and I was there for less than an hour even though there were a lot of people there. They got my flat fixed--for free. They were efficient and Ill definitely go back if I get another flat!

I called ahead, got a quote and made an appointment. When I got there my quote had not been entered into their system. To make matters worse, they did not do what I asked of them, and my tires were unbalanced causing my car to shake. When I went back to complain they did not do enough to make me happy, and I will not be returning.

Three times Ive ordered tires and they havent been at the store when I kept my appt. First two times Ive had to wait several hours for the tires to arrive and the third time they didnt arrive until the next day. This happened at two different stores. I will not use Discount tire again!

I went here to get tires, I have no idea about tires and they greated me at the door. Looked at my tires told me they was way outdated and gave me the best tires for my buck great customer service and even went and got me tissue for my sick nose. I will definitly be back

Went in the other day and I knew my tires were pretty beat up. The customer service started before I even walked in the door. Happy/friendly staff, not only to me but to others around me. It was a bit of a wait but for how busy they were it was a great experience.

Brought my motorhome down to top off tire pressure. They went over and above (having to take the tires off to get to the inside tires), new stems and all over wonderful service, all at no charge!! Talk about taking care of me! This is why I keep going back.

An honest group of guys. Had them help me with my car flat. No regrets. Ill be back. Just make sure you make a reservation as waits can be long on first come first served basis.
