I stopped in last week with the hopes to purchase a glass pipe. I asked to see 3 bubblers, 2 of them had small cracks that I pointed out to the man working. He stated they were not cracks and he only sells quality glass products here, after looking at the third Bubbler I saw the entire mouth piece was broken off and glued back together with the glue finger prints on it. I showed the man working and he sternly asked me to leave. This is not a professional business and they do not sell quality products, take you money somewhere else!!

This place is a joke. They sold my husband a broken piece of glass then said it was his fault for buying it!! Granted he didnt triple check it before he left but if its not used then there should be no problem switching it out for a decent replacement piece. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. If you want decent prices and customer service go to the Lynnwood Store on 196th...at least there they fix the problems they create and dont try to blame it on you.

Unbelievably unpleasant people run and work in this business. They treat you like a criminal for asking to see the items theyre selling. They tell you they dont have anything you ask for regardless of if youre staring right at it when you ask. Couldnt not recommend someone else more. If you need something do not come here unless you want to be treated like a criminal just for patronizing their store. So much for supporting local businesses

Small cluttered shop, feels claustrophobic. The two women who were running it were constantly yelling at each other in another language while"trying" to help me. Made me feel unwelcome and like they thought i was going to steal something. On top of that very over priced. Only reason i didnt put 1 star was because they had what i was looking for.

Stopped by a couple of days ago. Most small shops that dont take proper care of the cigars, not the case here. I also a agree the prices are pretty good. You should stop by on your way down to the Marina, pick something up!!!
