This is in regards to the awful customer service I have just been subjected to (2/21/2017, +- 7:50pm) by the female employee working as clerk at Cigarettes Cheaper in Oregon City. Two days before I had bought a vaporizing device which I was having issues with and I was returning to explain the problems I was experiencing with it. I had already turned the day I bought it to switch out the bad battery that came with it for a working one and I was hoping to encounter the same friendly guy who helped me before. Instead there was a woman working there who I would say is the epitome of bad customer service and relations. Before I had even gotten to the problem at hand concerning the incompatibility of the base part with the vaporizing device (which is apparently a manufacturing flaw found on certain base parts that were manufactured out of spec) which continually led to a "atomizer short", I mentioned the fact that the device had been plugged in and had been charging the battery for the last two days but that it would not charge past 55% or so. She then went on to question me as to how I was charging it and I told her that I was using the charging cable and attachment that came with the device that was meant to be used with the device in order to charge the battery. She then told me that that was the wrong charger and I had to buy a different one at which I questioned the reasoning behind the device being supplied with the equipment in the first place if it wasnt to be used with it. She then had the audacity to accuse me of lying and stated that the vaporizer had not come with that equipment, and when I attempted to defend my standing by requesting that she have a look in the open box of the same device on display to prove that it had she proceeded to scream at me and refused to do anything except tell me to leave the store and threaten police involvement. I then requested that the manager be contacted and she denied the request and denied me any information into contacting management save for returning tomorrow before noon when she claimed them to be in. Upon my exiting the store she continued to shout and scream at me and an onlooker and just entering customer even asked if there was a problem to which I exclaimed "Yes, yes there was" and left. This is an outrage when it comes to customer service and I would like to see every action possible be taken in order have the situation set right. No one deserves to be treated like that and yelled and screamed at by a clerk and although I have no particular problem against Cigarettes Cheaper I do have a very big problem with the clerk who was working tonight as to the way in which the situation was handled. I will be returning tomorrow in an effort to talk to the management in regards to this matter and to hopefully receive the service I should have been provided with in the first place, and to issue a formal complaint against her in regards to her actions. And that one star is only there because they would not let this post with NO STARS (2/22/2017, 11:32) Just got back from attempting to meet up with management at Cigarettes Cheaper and low and behold the only one there is the same idiotic woman who yelled at me, assaulting me verbally, and who accused me of lying and tried to tell me that the 1A eG0-USB Charging Cable that comes with the SMOK Guardian 3 kit doesnt come with it and through her own ignorance or by intent tried to swindle me into buying additional equipment. It is not the first time I have bought equipment from that store and ended up having issues and I would advise anyone purchasing anything there to check that it is operational and functioning right there when you buy it

I would give these guy zero stars if I could. I just called the store and the lady that answered got rude with me and hung up on me. I was not even o the phone with her for two minutes. I received a 60ml bottle of e liquid a my free bottle on the five stars reward system and she told me that he was wrong for doing that and then she proceeded t tell me I was keeping her from her customers. I was trying to get off the phone with her and she kept trying to argue wit me and said I was arguing with her. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE JERKS AND ONLY WAN TO GIVE YOU A 50/50 VG/PG RATIO AFTER YOU SPEND 100 DOLLARS AT THEIR STORE!!

Fyi a "Bubble" brand-NEW ( not just recently cleaned) is legal to sell and have, Dope on the other hand is not. Also every tobacco shop, head shop, corner market and stop shops that sell weed pipes or any glass work typically have Bubbles as well. Ignorance is not bliss. I mean you might as well judge a clothing store for selling thongs because it promotes prostitution. Gag on your pride and take the dick out of your ass.

Ive been going there sense i was 18 now 24 good people . And to the person who confronted them on there "meth pipes" there acutally where originally used for weed products witch are now legal its just people like you who used them for meth and now only see that as the use... Great job calling people out on a legal product use to be meth user
