I purchased a V3Tronix Flip Mod with a great drip system to go along with it. The staff, especially Owen, were super nice. Owen was very informative and went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we were looking for. I have compared the price of our mod with what it sells for online. I have to say, we got a steal! This shop also has the best selection and pricing, especially when it comes to hookas and shisha. They even have a vapor lounge! I could go on and on about this place and their great staff of gurus and engineers, but you will just have to experience it for yourself!

First off its nice they are open late, but, the staff is extremely incompetent, the easiest questions where so difficult for them. I needed a part which is a staple for most shops, they couldnt find one then he found the part on a broken piece in the back and charge me $20 for it when all other shops its $10 for a new one... I get home and its wrong, I immediately go back only to receive another wrong part that ended up breaking my piece. Im extremely unhappy with not only their customer service but their prices the guy just made up at during the checkout.

Terrible experience their vape products are all marked up by 40-50% order online if youre smart. I got suckered cause Im a new Vaper. The guy selling the kit to me kept tightening things too much and ruined some of the seals. Hey wont give me the difference in price cause theyre money hungry people who wont treat customers like customers just a dollar sign. Do not go here... theyre generally friendly but are not flexible and are frauds.

This place is great! A friend and I went to three different shops looking to buy our first vape mods and this place was the best! Neither of us knew a thing about what we needed but Dan helped us and hooked it up. He explained everything to us and taught us step by step. Also they have great prices! We got two mods and liquid and batteries for $200 whereas at 4 Elements they wanted to charge us $400. Definitely go to All Stop!

I have been to this shop only a couple times, and every time the place has reeked like weed. When I get to the front counter i have to wait till the clerk can take his eyes off of his xbox games, then when i ask for my smokes he cant even get out of his chair while he takes forever to look for what i asked for! Last time i will ever go to that store.

I bought Kratom from this vender that was obviously mixed with some other stuff that didnt work. When i told them they wouldnt give me my money back. They just tried to sell me another bag of the same junk for cheaper. I would say skip that place and just go to head east where its cheaper and way better and the customer service is awesome.

When tragedy struck, Tracy was my hero. Excellent service and unparalleled knowledge. Store is massive and professional. There was a sizable walk-in humidor as well. While I was looking for something in a pinch, I was impressed by the selection. Have time when you go or trust the bosslady like I did.

Staff was helpful but store is a complete rip off! bought a itazte ep pen not knowing much about e cigs, my fault for not doin research, got charged $75 for a $25 dollar product. Dont give your money to shops that are going to mark up there products by over 200% WOW what a learning experiance,
