We have been here three times now and have had an excellent experience every time, especially the most recent. 1. In March, we moved to Washougal and returned our U-Haul easily while they were closed, because they have a drop box. 2. We purchased wood and some other hardware which all was decently priced and easy to find. 3. Yesterday, we needed a LOT of wood and were also looking for a canvas type strap. The staff was very friendly in helping us find something to work, find LARGE pieces of wood for our projects, and they even let us borrow some ratchet straps since we forgot ours at home! Austin and Shawna were the most friendly and personable people we have dealt with at ANY store in a long time. Thank you Lutz team for a great, easy, and friendly experience every time we need to come in! -Darla and Anthony

I have lived in Camas for over 25 years. I do have a choice what stores I frequent. By far, Camas is the absolute best. The employees are so very courteous and helpful, if I lived many miles away, I would always come back. My expierence today with Zach was incredible! I am a widow, with hardly any tools, but a huge imagination. Zach was perfect! I thank you for reading my post, and you will never be disappointed with their service!

I went into Lutz tonight with an unconventional problem. Generally outside the scope of what they do, but I explained my situation, what I needed to get done, and that Id be willing to cover whatever it cost me. As it turns out, they had the tools to do what I needed and it didnt cost me a dime. I think Lutz has just permanently earned my business for any and all future needs/projects.

this place has the best customer service i have ever seen, the employees are very involved in what you are doing and they strive to make sure you get everything you need and for a very affordable price. if you are looking for a one stop get everything you need for cheap this is definitely the place to go if i could rate it higher than 5 i would, thank you employees for all the help

Defines home town hardware - Aaron and his staff are friendly, helpful, and just a perfect example of a local business that is part of the community. Everyone shops here - we even mourned the loss of their cat. You cant go wrong here. If you need lumber or appliances, then feel free to go to a big box store. But visit here for local hardware needs. They even do U-haul now.

Aaron is the friendliest hardware store owner Ive ever met. Quick with a smile, a joke, some conversation, and helping you get what you need, he is just great. This store is wonderful for the basics and not-so-basics. Youll never know what youre gonna find! We love Coaster, the cat, too. Hes pretty cool. He loves to hang out on the sandpaper.

Aaron and the entire staff are amazing. I am a local contractor and try to buy here as often as possible. they are knowledgeable, helpful, truthful & always willing to help troubleshoot and problem solve. The new kitten Socket is also very adorable and very sweet. Recomend this store to everyone.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The owner works hard to save me money. I come in saying I need a tool, hell tell me how I can get the job done more cheaply. He saved me from having to get a plumber by giving me advice on how to fix my toilets and sinks. I love my local hardware store!!

Aaron and his staff offer excellent service. If they dont have it in stock already - theyll get it for you. This hardware store is a Camas icon and a great local resource. Conveniently located in downtown Camas, its usually a faster trip to than going to the big box stores in Vancouver.

An excellent hardware store with friendly caring employees. If they dont have it on hand (and they probably do), it can be ordered from the do it best website and it will come in in a week or less. Be sure to visit "Coaster" the cat while you are there.

Great service! Always very helpful when I go into the store. They also do a lot of for the community supporting kids (thru the schools, scouts, etc). Always makes me feel good to shop at a local store that has exactly what I need.

Most expensive local place for the odd forgotten hardware part. It has a larger selection than washougal tru value. The employees at lutz hardware seem disgruntled everytime i stop in.
