Health food store just like back in the days. No flashy exterior or hip interiors (whole foods) just great bulk food. Tons of different kinds of flours, yeasts, beans, rice, raisins, a small selection of beauty items, lots of vitamins. A little dark and spare compared to what most whole foods shoppers will be used to but a great place to stock up on the basics. Glad to have found it so close to me!

Good Herb and Bulk Food Section,Great cereal selection.Alot of herbal concoctions and tinctures,some good some overpriced and unneeded.Overall a great,great store.Fresh baked bread and fresh ground peanut butter.
