Ice cold, disinterested staff that does not hide that they do NOT care a bit about you. The girl I tried to speak to about a probiotic product could not have been less interested. Seriously. I had to do the research on my own, take notes and walk around. When I tried speaking about my observations and concerns I was ignored and she just asked for my phone number and payment. I spent 30 dollars and was treated like I was a panhandler. I will not go into this super supplements again. I was then told by a friend that Super Supplements requires staff to do a lot of training and pays them well. Ha! I have seen this store give my clients chilly service and now I experienced it myself. You should hire people who care more about customers than stocking shelves. Instead you get someone who cant hide her contempt for customers.

I once liked coming to this place. Even if they didn&#39;t have exactly what I came in for. The long haired guy is pretty knowledgeable and very helpful. But tonight I walk in and the employees helping this woman began to make fun of her breath after she turned the corner. Probably still in earshot. I was standing right there puzzled at the whole scene... Before this the place was 4 star maybe. But beware the snotty employees talking trash about you when you head to the register. Seriously the chubby kid and the clipboard lady... Way too many qualified unemployed applicants trying to work for a company that's trying to maintain a good reputation...

So very helpful! I have new vitamins and supplements that I need to take and they cant have folic acid in them. Some of the supplements are hard to find but SS has them. They are very helpful every time I go in and need help finding something.

Very good selection, great prices with different price points to choose from. Staff greeted up immediately and walked us directly to what we were looking for. Came back to check on us and checkout was fast and easy.

The staff are knowledgeable. And if you ask, very helpful. The prices run from average to expensive depending on the product and quality. I get my vitamins here and misc. Supplements as needed.

Although the staff are really awesome their products are a hit or miss. Hint if you order from their website dont have them ship it to one of their stores. Delivery for home.
