Im a shopper and I have have frequented your Mall. I know it has struggled for years. I was last there about a month ago and spent over $100 in a single visit to Party City. My kids used to get haircuts st the barber shop. I used to frequent the restaurant court when I worked across the street. My Mom just moved in across the street in a retirement home and I was excited to think we could have more opportunities to shop and spend money at your Mall. In visiting her today there was no parking available at her building or on the street so I found a parking space on the far end of your lot where I assume employees park far from where a customer would prefer parking. I could see at least100 vacant spaces. When I returned to my car I found a Parking Violation sticker on my door. That lack of foresight on your part is one simple factor, Im never spending another dime in your Mall as long as you own it. I will go out of my way to shop and eat anywhere else. Nice job convincing me that the only community you care about is yourselves.

Look Crossroads is a great place, lots of open space to sit down read a book, play a card game, and security is not going to harass you. This is a Fairly Friendly Starbucks for Bellevue. Jo Anns *(aside from hiring really dumb new people) is always helpful, and most of the food places are welcoming, clean and very well established. The newspaper stand seems sadly lacking on specific publications and seems to pander to cat lovers. QFC - one of the better ones in the area. However Dress Barn, Old Navy are kind of stand offish Snobby like everything else in Bellevue. Uncles games - and the Gamers are all pretty laid back. There is a rather new middle eastern store - looks like a clothing shop, worth a peek, they supply some local belly dancers and have a wide range of inspired choices that beats the heck out of places like Claires.

I admire the uniqueness of this mall. There is a abundant amount of activity based services for kids aging 1-12 years old. From bouncy houses, arcades games and even a county library. Theres extremely large variety of food choices from Asian to Latin America along with your big name brands like Ben & Jerrys and Starbucks. Other stores give off the theme of creativity with a Jo-Anns Fabric comic book stores video game stores things of that nature. Along with the great store, services and food theres a lot of local events are held here including live music, dances and auctions and obviously art shows being in Bellevue Seattle area. to top it off the large amounts of hang out areas including couches dining tables and the friendly environment makes this place one of the best malls in town. The Malls sales target is families and preteens.

Great food court with a huge variety of different kinds of food. Ive never seen so many different ethnicities of food in one mall. Thai, Vietnamese, BBQ, Japanese, Mexican, Soups, Peroshkies, Italian, Greasy Spoon, Indian, and there are still more. This is not a big mall either. Its about 1/3 food court! The giant chess set is also really cool. Fun to sit and watch the folks play on a weekend. My other favorite thing is the branch of the King County library built right in. Overall it has a great local mall feel to it. The kind of mall that is bound to be driven out of business someday by a giant mega-mall. So enjoy it while you can!

Crossroads is a super quirky little strip-mall meets indoor mall kind of hybrid. Its not particularly great for any one thing (like Bellevue Collection for fashion stores) but it does have some really interesting niche stores and dining options. If you include the whole area, that includes a vintage gaming store, a Daiso (Japanese dollar store, super fun if you havent been), a Michaels, a King County library location, an authorized licensing shop, and a fairly recently remodeled theater that isnt crazy busy. I mean, its not a place to go browse, but there are a lot of differently useful areas within the "mall."

This is a really quirky, interesting neighborhood mall. Its nice that its NOT owned by one of these large national concerns, like Simon. Mostly small businesses...but also QFC, Joannes, Barnes & Noble, Pier 1, etc. So not high end, but very much a neighborhood type spot. They have a HUGE multicultural festival in the fall - watch for it. Tons of acts like Irish Step dancers, Hawaiian dance, Flamenco music & dance...its wonderful and free! My favourite spots in here are the French Pastry Shop, The International Food Court and Half Price Books. Actually, the owner of Half Price Books owns this mall!

Im at a loss as to why you would have a childrens movie start at 1215 but not open until noon. Those of us with multiple kids, who are wanting popcorn, sodas and candy,, hit the restroom, then have to trek to the theatre and settle them down into their seats and get them comfortable need more than 15 minutes sometimes. Especially when you throw in how slow so many of the employees are. Today we walked in with another family and the woman inside swoops in with "Youre not supposed to be in here". Im going to see how Factoria fairs next time. I gave two stars solely for the reclining seats.

A good mixture of cultural foods in the food court. It has King County Library in the mall. Theres an annual Crossroads Cultural day, Strawberry festival, and every Tuesday in the summer theres a Farmers market in the east parking lot. Moreover, theres a huge chessboard on the floor folks can play with each other. Also, game tables right in front of Uncles Games for folks to play board games and puzzles on. Theres an Urgent Care on the south side of the mall. On the east side of the mall theres Regal cinema complex 8 movie times. Its the best community shopping center Ive ever been in.

This mall has a weird effect. There are often community events and live music in the food court area and while a lot of people think its really fun--theyre free, good for kids--its also really loud and chaotic and you have want that while youre shopping. Last time I was here the entire mall seemed like some sort of a play area with kids rides all around, so that when I was shopping at Hallmark for a card I heard children loudly. Lots of international flavors in the food court, which is nice. Really other than Old Navy or Daiso or maybe Ulta, I really wouldnt come here for anything.

Always clean and there are a decent amount of stores. The food court is AWESOME so many choices and poor me with only one tiny stomach! So unfair! I usually pop in on my lunch break around 1 in the afternoon and its never crowded. I have gone to Old Navy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Michaels and Joannes at one time or another on a lunch break and never had to wait long in line or deal with any sort of crowd. On the weekends it a bit more hectic, lots of little kids (there are lots of toys and play places for kids). Over all its a nice mall.
