We had a rental van with Maryland plates. We were gone 45 minutes and our window was smashed. They took a sonic toothbrush. Ick! Then went down the row and smashed a car window. Took a backpack and GPS from them. But thanks to a good Samaritan who walked out on this thievery, the 3 hoodlums ran off with just a toothbrush (used). The security guard had all our stuff in a bag. He said last week there were several break ins in the same ramp. The owners of the building wont put up security cameras either. Then the next kick in the ass... they made us pay for parking there!! We realized while we were leaving that there wasnt a police presence anywhere in San Fran except for the 2 on cycles racing each other. DONT PARK IN SAN FRAN!! TAKE AN UBER! When we took the van back to the airport we asked how often this happens and they said every hour. So long sanctuary city!! Not going to return.

Parked in this lot as it appeared secure with a person at the gate and supposedly security. Parked on the top deck in the afternoon. The left rear cargo area window was smashed . The perpetrator took a small brief case and ransacked what ever he could reach. Spoke with construction workers that said they had to look for security to chase off a suspicious person,. SF Police recovered our items and caught the perpetrator, he had a gun in his possessionn. We informed the parking attendant of the break in, he could have cared less, said we parked there at our own risk and still charged us the full $36, or would not open the gate. Dirty, unsafe and inoperative restrooms .. would not recommend parking here.

The Safeway & the Walgreens are the only real standout of this shopping plaza. The tiny 24 hour fitness is barely worth a mention as is the Chinese ready to eat restaurant inside. There is supposed to be a Subway moving into the plaza but I have not seen it yet. There are always panhandlers on the parking garage (Mason St) & Bay St. side but not the Powell Street, but the staff that work there do not seem to really care about them. The gem in the plaza is the smokeshop next to the bathrooms.

Mini shopping center near Fisherman Wharf area. I usually hit up Safeway, Walgreens, Radio Shack in one trip. Parking in garage is pretty dim be careful driving in lot. The Safeway is not a 24/7 location. Shopping carts has automatic locking mechanism. This center also has a 24 hour fitness upstair.

Great Safeway and Walgreens location. All in one with validated parking. Even a Postal Annex for easy postal item drop-offs and a Chase Bank and BofA ATM (outside). For the gym goers, a 24 Hour Fitness is also at this location (with validated parking)

Safeway is the big draw here as well as Walgreens and a gym upstairs. There is also 2 empty spaces - one used to be Radio Shack which closed last year and the other has been empty for maybe 5 years? Bonus - shop Safeway and get parking validated.

Dirty. Thats the first thing you notice when you enter here. Many homeless hangout along the halls If it wasnt for Safeway it might not be here anymore. I always try to get in and out as quickly as possible during my visits.

Conveniently locatedbin the cenyer of Fishermans Wharf area it has a parking lot that accepts validations from Centre businesses. The safeqay also has a Wells Fargo in store. Its lack of a public restroom is its only flaw.

A one stop shop when I worked on fishing boats. Shower at 24 hour fitness, medicinals from walgreens, nourishmemt from Safeway, vitamins from GNC and HR block for taxes, oh and chineese food. Lots of parking!

Convient for neighbors and for tourists, but why keep so much space vacant? The vacant store fronts are off-putting. And the stores that are occupied care little for how their shops look from the mall.

Conveniently located for residents of North Beach and Telegraph Hill. Come here for necessities like grocery shopping (Trader Joes, Safeway) as well as other miscellaneous items (Wallgreens)

The SUV next to me had its back window smashed during a break-in. Lots of homeless. DONT Use the hot soup counter in the Safeway it is a favourite of San Franciscos more streety characters.
